The place feels homey and very comforting. Although it's a studio unit, it is spacious and does not feel cramped at all. The bed is comfy—it's soft but not overly so, making it easy to move around. You can hear the loud music from the surrounding bars, but not to the extent that it becomes disruptive and bothersome, so you can still get a good night's rest. My favorite part of the place is the kitchen, which is complete with the basic necessities for cooking and of good quality too. If you prefer cooking your own meals, you'll feel at ease doing so. The host, Ms. Jezza, was very responsive and helpful. Body soap, shampoo, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid were also provided, which was very thoughtful. The location is also very convenient and easy to find. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CDO. We would surely choose to stay here again in the future.

Place is great...location wise excellent ...close to all establishments...downside is the loud nusic at night from the bar across the street...so disturbing

Our stay was a perfect 5-star experience! The unit is ideal for families or groups, with its spacious layout and distinct Western design. Its prime location also offers convenient access to everything you need, from restaurants to shopping markets. Plus, Ms. Fill, the host, was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay.

We had a good stay in Darren's place. Host was proactive and clear with instructions on check-in and we had a smooth experience. The place was as described and looked exactly like the photos in the listing. Darren's place is worth it for it's price and we would definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

All the basic necessities to make you feel at home is at Charie’s place. They even have a filtered water that is potable. The place is very clean, and the location is very convenient, there are cafe, shops, and restaurants nearby. The Loop’s staff were friendly, including the security guards. Charies is very responsive to any of my querries and concerns. We will definitely go back and stay at Charies’ place, and we’ll recommend her place to friends and families.

Ma’am Maria is quick to respond to my inquiry, even though I contacted her on the day I intended to book. I highly approve of the check-in details because so hassle-free, and her assistant is also very responsive to my concerns. I also loved that her unit is well-cleaned, making it feel very homey for us. I will recommend this unit and hoping to stay again next time.

Great location. Across the bridge from downtown and the taxi rides to downtown were around 100 pesos. Remy was able to fulfill my needs. I got the space for my father and Philippine airlines changed my flight from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm. Remy allowed me to stay longer than the 12:00 check out for a minimal fee. Checkout was changed to 6:00pm, so my 86 year old father was able to rest before heading to the airport. Thank You.

This is a nicely run establishment by friendly people with easy access to the centre of town by taxi. My flat was quite large for one or two people, well provisioned and cool with the air con. It was secure and peaceful which gave a good place to relax after the bustle of the city. It was nice to walk down to the beach which only took about 10 minutes. It was good value and I would certainly stay there again.

The house is clean and all the things we need can easily be found. There are condiments which can be used freely. Also there is a free gallon of water which guests can drink. Guests can also brew their coffee. Utensils are complete as well. When it comes to the bathroom, it is very spacious and clean. The water heater works perfectly, there are also free bars of soap. Towels are also provided to guests. The room is also spacious and the air condition is cold. The owners, Ms. Vicky and her husband, is very accommodating. We were welcomed warmly even if we were a bit late. Vicky also replies quickly whenever we have questions. When we asked her if she has an extra umbrella, she lend us one even if its already late. She also cares for her guests as she would constantly check us if everything is okay or if there is anything we need. Overall, our stay at their place is pleasant. We will go back if we have the chance.

We just love how homey the place is. Ms. Vicky had been nothing but very helpful and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The owner was prompt in replying, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near malls and with a 7/11 at the entrance, which made everything very convenient. Although the building's parking was full, the helpful guards allowed us to park on the street. The room, located on the 19th floor, offers a great view of the city. It's small, as described, but well-equipped with a king-size bed, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, hair dryer, clothes iron, and complimentary body wash and shampoo. A practical and convenient choice for a city stay.
