Kimberley has gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home, it’s spotless, feels very private and cozy. This airbnb definitely oustanded my expectations. The shower was heavenly. The host gave us a lot of useful information and helped us out all through our stay whenever we needed. We will hold so good memories of our evenings watching the sea from our patio. The place was very calming. We recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peaceful time. A few restaurants are available at walking distance and a small grocery market as well. We recommend to rent a golf cart ahead of time for this area, it will allow you the freedom to expand your options to eat out and explore a bit of Placencia as well. But after exploring the city center, we were glad to come back to our quiet ocean front cabana. Kayaks are available for the guests, we didn’t get to use them but they are definitely a great addition to the place. The hosts were amazing and so kind! Our dearest memories of Belize!

We had a great one month stay. Loved being in the heart of the village where we could walk easily to many restaurants, stores, and tour companies. Loved how it got quiet by 9:00 p.m. in the village! The rental was as described and looked like the pictures, there were no surprises. Definitely recommend.

We’d stay here again in a hot heartbeat! Jose & his son, Earl really put the extra touches on our stay with their responsiveness & friendliness. The view from the porch was both amazing and serene. The tiny house was perfect, clean & well appointed, and the AC worked well. The dock and palapa are the perfect place to relax. Recommend renting a golf cart since it’s a few miles to Placencia village. Vern’s has really good local food & service, enjoyed the drinks, food & vibe of the Barefoot Bar & Grill - checkout the Garifuna Drumming Centre where Bobby & Kim also teach Garifuna cooking classes. Cultural tours & the Monkey River Village should also not be missed! We really loved everything about the Mermaid Cabana and Placencia!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and beautiful. It was quiet and clean- we felt safe staying at Seabird! Highly recommend and great for families.

I’m not the manager, Manuela, right as I got there. She told me a lot about the property and the surrounding area. It was very peaceful and serene setting. The grounds were quite beautiful. The gardener on site has been working there for 11 years and has planted most of the flowers and trees on site. I would recommend a car if you’re staying here . That did make my getting around very easy. The golf cart or scooter work if you wanna get there a little faster and have protection from the rain say a car I hung out at restaurants/bar and met a lot of local residence. It made you feel very much at home. I would definitely go back.

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

What a beautiful and unique building! I have never stayed in such an unusual, yet functional space. The pool was incredible, the view was amazing, and the architecture was unlike anything I have ever seen. This is definitely a place I could’ve stayed in for a week instead of just one night. Rodolfo is quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back!

We spent 13 days at the villas at Cocoplum. We loved the location being in the middle of the peninsula. Having a golf cart gave us all the freedom we needed to do all we wanted. The pool and private dock were a huge plus. The staff at Cocoplum were very friendly and very helpful. Very easy location to experience the many excursions Belize has to offer. The villa has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying at Cocoplum villas.

This was a great place to stay for our family reunion, family of 11, with plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart, pool, paddle boards, and kayaks were put to great use! However, the best part of the house is the staff. Orlando, the chef, was amazing. Not only was his food delicious, but his company was even better. He was professional and kind. In addition, Carlos and Melanie, who take care of the property inside and out, made us feel at home. Carlos raked the beach, cleaned the pool, and Melanie kept the house spotless. We are very grateful for their professionalism and hard work! They made the trip for us :). One thing to note: two of the three upstairs showers did take a bit to warm up, and I would (for a big family) recommend renting a car as you cannot fit everyone on the golf cart. The property is peaceful and relaxing! We had a great week! Thank you!
