Cute, clean and great attention to every minute detail. Charlene’s home is one of the best Airbnb that we stayed at. Everything is thoughtful and well cared for. The resources and information that she provides to maximize your time in Placencia is the best part. She is a very well informed local, who is always available via phone and eager to help. Home is right by the water, and we enjoyed the views and balcony. Don’t overthink this, you will not regret staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay as it was central located, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Claudia was wonderful in accommodating us for extra night stays.

With just one other cabana, it’s very private. Just an occasional passer-by walking along the beach, kept our stay very quiet. One store and a few restaurants are within walking distance but I’d recommend renting a golf cart to explore further or go into the village.

Reuben and Ann were truly super hosts. They communicated well in advance of our arrival and then Reuben picked us up at the airport and drove us to the White Turtle, while pointing out all of the great restaurants in town. That made it all convenient and stress free. You can even book excursions directly with Reuben as that is his real gig. The home was beautiful and that private pool was amazing. The views are lovely too. I wanted to extend our stay a few more days but unfortunately the weather was not cooperating so now I look forward to a return trip. I totally recommend the White Turtle.

our family has been visiting placencia for over 20 years. this is the best place we've stayed by far! love that the family is local so the $$ stays within the community. being able to walk everywhere was great! A/C in the bedrooms were a plus too. Definitely recommended this place for your stay. :)

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and beautiful. It was quiet and clean- we felt safe staying at Seabird! Highly recommend and great for families.

Beautiful quiet location near Seine Bight, where you’ll find a grocery and atm. Some great food and lots of local flair. Placencia is a short scooter or bike ride away..The property was cozy and nicely appointed. Everything we needed, including a washer/dryer! Hosts were responsive & friendly:) Already thinking about returning to rent both houses on the property with friends!!

The property manager Manuela has been very responsive and helpful in more ways than one. Definitely will stay here again when we visit in March.

We cannot say enough about Candace … she is the best host ever!! Friendly, available, kind and fun!! Would recommend any place she manages. And Coffee Rick, his amazing coffee and tour just added to the experience!

We spent 13 days at the villas at Cocoplum. We loved the location being in the middle of the peninsula. Having a golf cart gave us all the freedom we needed to do all we wanted. The pool and private dock were a huge plus. The staff at Cocoplum were very friendly and very helpful. Very easy location to experience the many excursions Belize has to offer. The villa has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying at Cocoplum villas.

Very friendly host, and quick to respond. They were very accommodating to our needs. It was a great location and I was very impressed at how clean they kept the shoreline, we didn't have to swim in seaweed when we went in the ocean. Overall I would definitely recommend.
