Our stay went very well in this duplex apartment. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. We had a beautiful terrace with beautiful lake views. The location is ideal for walking access to the shores of the lake. The ability to park your car in the residence is a real plus. Thank you to the warm welcome from the owner! Great first stay in the Tiny House. The place was clean when we arrived, true to photos. Very nice environment, close to the river Ain, relatively quiet despite the proximity to parking. Yann is very friendly and responsive. We recommend a dinner at the restaurant "Le Carbet" located directly opposite, great atmosphere, very nice shaded terrace and delicious dishes. Very good stay in Aix for a weekend in Élisa's apartment. Everything was spotless and respected the descriptions of the listing. The location was located not far from the city center so ideal for going to restaurants or thermal baths on foot. I highly recommend this place.
