Great house for a family or group vacation, lot of space, great barbecue area, excellent location... close to the woods, the beach and downtown (2 or three blocks). Highly recommended Arlene was super helpful!!

Our stay in Mar Del Plata at Federico Emilio's place was everything we hoped for and even more. The house was exactly as described, Federico and his wife took excellent care of our needs and the access to the private pool/beach we were offered during our stay was a definitely a great bonus.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful stay. Fanny's attention was excellent. The house is spacious and just as you can see in the photos and description. The park is huge, very well maintained. The pool is spectacular, of good length and depth. The grill area is like a stand apart...unbeatable. Close to the Pan-American; in 10 minutes walking you are in Maschwitz Mall. La paz del barrio is another point to emphasize. Anyway, I could keep talking about more positive details but I think it's a good guide for future renters. Again, a special mention for Fanny who made the check-in and check-out very amenable and was available all the time. We will definitely be back asap.

There cannot be a better placed AirBnB in Buenos Aires than this one. I don’t want to give away too much but the view is spectacular. The apartment has everything you need and public transport is just metres away. Must book if it’s available

WONDERFUL! The apartment is all new, the facilities are new, the facilities are all clean and tidy. Excellent location, full of cafes, restaurants and markets nearby, plus numerous bus stops that made it much easier to get around. The doormen are all very kind and kind. And Ignácio is a perfect host, our flight was only at 4 pm and the checkout was at 10am, we wanted to walk a little further before going, but we had no place to leave the bags, he kept them for us and even helped us transport them and waited for the uber with us. Oh, not to mention that he left a bottle of wine and lots of sweets as a courtesy. Worth every penny!

Awesome neighborhood, full of great restaurants, bars, quiet even at night. Awesome building (modern, air-conditioned pool and spa available, clean, very pleasant H24 security staff like the neighbors). A little bit of noise in the morning with school but it's largely compensated by the spotless place. Everything is designed for the one who rents in every detail. It's worth more than the hotel for experiencing it! We will definitely be back!

Osvaldo and his wife are super receptive. We were greeted the day we arrived and served us with great receptivity. All the necessary instructions from the apartment were passed. Hyper clean and fragrant apartment. Well organized. The site is close to the subway station, markets and restaurants. Super tranquil region. Anyway, we love the days we spend there

A super comfortable apartment, close to all restaurants, bakeries and in the corner there is a super market, two blocks away is the Arcos premium outlet district, Fede is always attentive in any query and provides you with a card for the subway (metro) as it is difficult to get. I definitely recommend it and without thinking about it when returning to BA I would return to this apartment.

We had a great room with good AC, Big comfy bed. Veronica was a fantastic host we had a fridge that was not working and was replaced straight away! The location is fantastic close to restaurants public transport cafes and bars. Would definitely stay again. :)

A place just is hosts, welcoming and full of good energy, I loved the plants in every corner. Always reactive if you need anything, Cecilia and Emilio will do their best to help. The apartments are comfortable, all with a different touch with nice materials. I appreciated the change of linen every week and the washing machine on site. If like me you have vertigo problems, please make sure to book apartments on the ground or 1st floor, as the stairs can be intimidating to access the upper floors. Thank you again
