We had a relaxing last-minute getaway. The place was clean, easy to find and was quiet and peaceful. Jane was very responsive to questions. Nearby Frenchtown and the black shed were nice visits on the way home. Definitely recommend. We brought our own TV, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t quite up to the task. I’d check with the owners before booking if Wi-Fi is an important aspect of your stay.

This house was just as described as the photos. It was the perfect place to host my birthday party with close friends and to encompass the Murder Mystery theme. Would totally like to come back and experience this property in the summer as it was still beautiful in the mid/late fall season.

Look no further. This is an awesome house and looks even better than the pictures. It was so nice and comfortable. It’s not lacking anything! I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Sylvester's place was perfect for us - we stayed for almost two weeks. There is a lot of extra parking space on the side of the house which is great because most neighbors have to park in the street. Apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Sylvester was very responsive to any issues or questions that we had. We hope to stay here again when we come back.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I loved that it was in a neighborhood and no more than 10 mins from restaurants and shops. The lower level was cold but she gave us advice on how to warm it up by leaving the bedroom doors closed and also offered us a space heater. That’s literally the only feedback I have that might be a downside but it wasn’t so big of a deal that I would want to give anything less than 5 stars because everything else was perfect. The furniture gave nostalgia because it felt like we were visiting an older relative in the 90’s like your grandma or something. All-in-all I wish I would’ve found this place sooner because every time we come for drill we stay in a hotel. Very spacious, very clean, and my infant had plenty of space to explore in her walker. It was also nice to not have to bring her travel crib as one was provided to us. Nia was only one message away for our entire stay, I love how responsive she was. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Great spot - Dina was a very responsive and friendly host. Spacious place and matched the description! Access code to get in was convenient. Quiet neighborhood and close to city!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and two girlfriends came to Philly for a show at the Met. We chose Michael's place for the proximity to the venue (a short 5 minute walk), the security of an apartment building with a front desk, and the free off-street parking. The apartment was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed. There was a bit of street noise but nothing you wouldn't expect from a city location. The mattresses were very nice and gave a great night's sleep! Our only disappointment from the trip was that we didn't make time to hang out on the rooftop deck of the building. (Surprised to see it was only open until 5pm) Michael was super responsive and very helpful. Would 100% recommend him as a host, and this apartment for a trip to Philly!
