This location is perfect for walking around Aberdeen and visiting local hotspots! The flat is exactly as pictured in photos - very clean and spacious. Gail is a phenomenal host with many recommendations on things to do, and she even helped me retrieve an item I had left after check out!

It was BRILLIANT to be back at Yean's appartment on Union Street. As ever her communication is spot on and fast and the appartment was just as comfortable and homey as last time. The L shaped sofa is so comfortable just to collapse into (and maybe have a quick snooze!) and the dining table can easily handle 4 people. Everything is very clean and it's great to have access to a washer / dryer (I love coming home and NOT having a pile of clothes to wash!!!) and the dish washer. The beds are super comfy, as are the pillows and the rooms get super dark! Although it's possible to have a small amount of night light if you don't like the pitch black. Thank you so much for having us!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautifully quirky property set in a equally stunning location,a perfect couple of days a away from start to finish.The apartment was lovely,had everything needed with loads of lovely detail and we were really blown away by the attention to detail.We were very relaxed the whole time,slept very well and didnt want to go home!We will be back again soon!

This was a nice play for my parents and I, plenty of space to relax in the living room. The kitchen is also complete of utensils to cook in. Bedrooms were also very cozy and comfortable to sleep in. We had issues with the heating in the first three hours but when we let the heating on for a few more hours it was plenty enough to heat the large space. Definitely recommend to stay here, the stores are also near the place and is at waking distance. Very happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Stuart's apartment in Lossiemouth. long walks beside the sea followed by nice meals in local restaurants within walking distance. On our last night enjoyed a ceilidh band in the Steamboat pub. The flat is very cosy, ideal for a new year's stay

The place was cosy and comfortable; very well equipped. Super location, with private parking; lovely sea view; very close to the beach and a short walk to the town centre.

Rockpool Cottage was a delightful getaway from it all. Set in a small quaint seaside village, you feel like you're in a totally different world. A wonderful place to go out and explore the surroundings for a day and then come back to your rustic, cozy cottage at night. If this is what you are looking for, you will not be disappointed. Diane was fantastic at communicating with us and was quick to answer any questions that we had. She had wonderful suggestions for things to do, and places to dine, including a wonderful small hotel restaurant only steps from our from our door. We were also close to many public golf courses in nearby towns, and amenities all around. Staying at Rockpool Cottage has created many wonderful memories for us, and was the perfect way to start winding down the last part of our trip to Scotland. Thank you Diane!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at this lovely home. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent location with a short walk into Aviemore. Perfect for the dogs with the secure enclosed garden. Louise was very friendly and we will definitely return, highly recommend this accommodation.

Our third visit and it won’t be our last. We love the location and the cottage is so cosy. It’s quickly become our favourite getaway and this was a January holiday rather than a summer one and it’s just as magical!

We had a wonderful stay here! A lovely house to relax in and make the most of the area. The house had everything we needed and the communication from Sarah was excellent. A really lovely, warm cosy house for a friends reunion.

Wonderful stay. Homely yet spacious. Everything catered for - did not have to shop for anything other than food and drinks. Clear instructions on how to use and maintain wood burning fire and hot tub. Plenty of information on things to do in surrounding area and how to access local cuisine and takeaways. Host extremely responsive and helpful - very respectful of his clients. Would use again.

Fantastic home, even better than expected. Nice touches with complimentary tea, coffee and condiments. Fire was all prepared ready to be lit, perfect for our winter stay. Would highly recommend.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, spacious cottage. Fantastic setting and amazing views! Such a gorgeous village too, with great walks from the door and a really friendly, welcoming pub.

Great location, quiet but still within 20 min walk of all amenities . The accommodation itself is compact but really nicely designed with absolutely everything you need and the wardrobe/dressing room area next to the bathroom makes the most of the space. The kitchen was very clean with everything you could possibly need. Communication from the host was great. We would visit again.

Lovely flat and ideal for what we needed! Exactly as pictured and very quiet area. Parking was helpful too. We were attending a weekend event and the P&J and we were able to walk there in 25 minutes. Julie was more than helpful with check in enquiries and very responsive if needed. If we visit Aberdeen again we would stay here again no problem!

This was our first time back in Aberdeen in quite a while. Fiona’s apartment was perfect for our needs - location, quality of facilities and privacy. Fiona is also an excellent host - attentive, responsive and genuine. We loved our overall experience.

Barry's Amazing Place in Aviemore suited us very well, and lived up to our expectations based on the listing. Very quiet, easy parking, comfortable, well equipped, including large scale OS maps. The tv was faulty, so we dropped in at Barry's shop mid afternoon - by early evening, Barry had installed s brand new high quality TV. Incredible service! Lots of variety to do in the area. Obviously, serious walking, which I can no longer do. We enjoyed visits to Urquhart Castle in beautiful scenery by Loch Ness, and the Culloden battlefield museum. We drove up to the nearby Cairngorm ski station on a very clear day - could see for miles. Golden Eagles and one wild goat by the Findhorn River. Plus other wildlife locations. The apartment is very close to the train station and a good choice of restaurants, though we did not eat out. Thank you Barry and Heather!

Absolutely fantastic apartment and a great host. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to work commitments as it was a nice place to stay, hopefully will be back up soon

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

I stayed in the nook while on placement in Dr Gays hospital and absolutely the flat! It was beautiful, clean, in a great location and had everything you’d need. Karen and Tim were great! I got lost on my way there and Karen helped me. The electricity went off on the street one day and Karen did everything she could to keep me updated about what was happening. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough
