Host was very communicative and responded to all chats quickly. House was beautiful, spacious and located in a beautiful community that had a park close by. Amenities were good, we were there for Thanksgiving and brought a lot of our own kitchen supplies. Would highly recommend for “getaway family gatherings”

Awesome place to stay. Conveniently located near Savannah. The house was cozy and the beds were comfortable. We would stay at Allen’s place again.

This home is a little bit off of the beaten path, but perfect if you want peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The home itself is very nice, especially the master suite. The surroundings are fantastic, with a beautiful yard and private dock.

My friends and I planned a girls' trip, and Matthew's place was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a cozy home away from home, ideal for a weekend getaway. The space was spotless—floors, windows, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all impeccably clean and well-organized. Everything we used worked flawlessly, which made our stay even smoother. The location is fantastic, especially if you're planning to enjoy River Street activities. The only small challenge is parking—it can be tricky if you're unfamiliar with the area. I recommend Uber for convenience. Matthew was a great host—quick to respond to questions and thoughtful about checking in to ensure everything was going well. The place felt safe, welcoming, and overall just what we needed for a memorable trip. I’d highly recommend staying here and already plan on booking again!

Matthew was a great host. I arrived at the complex and made my way to the second floor. There was plenty of parking, and the development looked very new. The balcony was facing a beautiful pond (my favorite). The unit is less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah. I was told by a local that street parking is free on Sundays (it was). There was a great river walk done there and plenty of entertainment and restaurants. I would book this place again for the location, quietness, and greats hosts! Thanks so much Matthew!

Location was a quick drive to Historic Savannah. It was a resort like style Apartments, with a nice gym and pool in a gated community. It was perfect size for my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment was came fully equipt with everything you could expect to have in your own home. The apartment was clean and had modern furnishing. My family in I felt we were in a safe and well groomed neighborhood. Our host Mathew was accomodating and very pleasant host. I definitely recommend!
