Khalil est un hôte accueillant qui nous a envoyé une formidable liste de recommandations et avec une excellente communication. L'appartement est très bien placé entre la gare du midi et la grand place . Tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement est bien aménagé et super équipé. Il y a un parking public à 100 mètres. Merci pour tout Khalil ! Nous recommandons à 100%

On a passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement, la zone était simplement parfaite: calme mais à côté des transports en communs et d'un supermarché. J'ai des problèmes de mobilité et cela m'a aidé à visiter la ville sans trop marcher. Le seul bêmol que je pourais poser ce serais la porte d'entrée à l'appartement qui semble un peut fragile, mais ça reste dans la deco de l'immeuble et en fermant à clé on n'a plus de soucis. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour ce qui souhaitent visiter Bruxelles.

On a bien apprécié notre semaine chez Sarah ! Bien situé car près du métro, près d’un beau parc. L’appartement est confortable et est d’un bon rapport qualité prix. On a apprécié toutes les excellentes informations fournies par Sarah. Si comme nous c’est une première visite à Bruxelles, alors ces informations sont vraiment bien faites et utiles. Un merci également à la dame qui a fait le ménage et qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L’appartement était propre. On recommande ! Dannie et Jean

L’appartement de Fernando est très agréable, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir Bruxelles à pied ou par les transports en commun. Les échanges avec Fernando pour faciliter notre arrivée avant l’heure prévue ont été fluides et rapides. Je conseille donc vivement la location de cet appartement.

Ich war mit meinen Neffen und meiner Schwester in Brüssel. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen in der schönen Wohnung. Declan war jederzeit bereit Fragen zu beantworten und mit Taten uns zu helfen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen bei Declan.

We absolutely loved Lisa’s place! We were there for a few nights working remotely during the day and it was perfect the setup and so walkable to the center at night. Lisa was amazing and always responsive. She was super helpful and accommodating and we would definitely stay there again when we are back in Brussels. Thanks Lisa!

Really great place. The studio is cosy with a great view of the city. The location is really quite by night which is really enjoyable, proximity with all transportation, the park.. Nice equipments for babies, we had a great moment there!

Omar nos estaba esperando, nos indico donde estaba cada cosa. Es muy amable y atento a cualquier consulta. El departamento estaba limpio , tiene mas amenities que los esperados, eso le da un plus extraordinario. Nos dejo capsulas de cafe y de leche para toda nuestra estadía, utilizamos el lavavajillas para lo que tambien nos dejo las pastillas. Es un espacio muy luminoso y muy agradable quedarse alli, la calidad de las toallas y sabanas lo hace un 5 estrellas. Es increíblemente amplio y bonito. Todo esta perfecto. El sistema de apertura de puertas es excelente. No dudaría un minuto en volver a escoger el departamento de Omar si volviera a Bruselas. Fueron 6 dias espectaculares. Ademas tengo que aclarar que hasta el sofa cama es comodo ya que era una duda que teniamos porque dormiria mi hija. Todo esta impecablemente blanco

Estuvimos 5 días en en departamento de Nathalie y fue una estadía excelente. El departamento es antiguo lo que lo hace muy atractivo y está muy bien remodelado y cuidado, tiene todo lo que se necesita y más! Si bien da a la calle y en la esquina hay un bar que está permanentemente en actividad, es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Un pequeño punto en contra es el colchón: creo que ameritaría un cambio, no obstante lo cual dormimos sin problemas. En resumen: es un alojamiento que resulta absolutamente recomendable.

Casa di Fabs è un piccolo gioiellino in una zona molto gradevole, servita e ricca di locali di Bruxelles. Comoda per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto e con una bella passeggiata o con il bike sharing si arriva comodamente in centro città. Casa è molto accogliente, accessoriata e silenziosa nonostante si trovi in un quartiere abbastanza vivo. La comunicazione con Fabs è stata eccellente e molto disponibile! Nonostante non fosse in città i suoi amici sono stati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi per il check in e check out. Consiglio vivamente.

Nancy is an incredible hostess, maybe the best we have ever had at an Airbnb. She is so responsive, so helpful, so genuine and so kind. When o ur flights were delayed, she was wonderful. The Matthieu home was perfect for our group of 6. We each had private space while still enjoying meals and relaxing together. The home is exquisitely designed and decorated - minimalistic at its finest. The blue stone on the outside of the home came from our family quarry which was fun to see. We brought our staff to Europe as one last hurrah before retiring at the end of the month. The trip was for them but we enjoyed watching Belgium through their wide eyes. This is the perfect home for a larger group!

Excellent location, close to the city centre, it was easy to walk home from everywhere. Nice apartment, very approacheable owner. Instructions were communicated in a timely fashion. Was very easy to get into the property. Can’t wait to come again.

Rim estuvo súper atento todo el tiempo. El apartamento es el mejor que he estado, había absolutamente todo lo que necesitabas y era muy amplio. La terraza también muy bonita, la cocina muy equipada y el cuarto y el baño estaba impoluto. Sin duda alguna recomendaria quedarse aquí!!

Very clean with comfortable beds, good internet, and easy to use kitchen. It's a bit away from the center but a short walk to Brussels North station. Small supermarket nearby. The host communicated well. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
