Christina's home is magnificent: the care of the spaces and their impeccable cleanliness. The house is warm and comfortable, the spaces are spacious (really spacious!) and cozy. This house is also very suitable for those who, during the winter, do not ski because the area is very strategic both for walks and for trips (it is very close to the station). A place to come back to!

Comfortable place warm and very clean. Linens available. Thoughtful and discreet host. The morning of our departure it was snowing and her dad even went out to open the driveway. We'll definitely be back!

We spent a long weekend with my extended family in this beautiful house and we lacked nothing, beautifully decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining area and garden and well equipped kitchen and immediate starting point of many excursion destinations. Glad to come back!

Very nice and functional house, not in the village center but in a strategic location to visit, in about an hour, several places. Impeccable cleanliness and very kind host. Recommended solution!

Accommodation just a few minutes from downtown on foot and in a quiet area. The apartment was very tidy and impeccable. Right in front of it there is a parking lot where you can leave the car. Katharina showed us activities and restaurants nearby and was very kind to postpone our check-out. Responsive to our requests and questions. Under the apartment is its Café Villa Bux cafe where unfortunately we were only able to have a breakfast due to holidays. If we go back to Merano, we will definitely consider Katharina's place.

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a couple of days here and everything was perfect. From the beginning Carmen was very helpful, friendly and welcomed us even by leaving us in the fridge of raspberries and a tart made by her. He also gave us many directions on having to walk with our dog Yana: lake of mis, waterfall of the Soffia, cadini del Brenton, Lake Santa Croce... The house was equipped with everything you need and clean. The adorable garden (completely fenced so perfect for dogs) like Oliver, his Maltese who played with Yana. I highly recommend both those who want to relax and those who love to walk/hike.

Stayed here as a family of 4. The apartment was clean and modern and was probably better than the photos show. Check in was easy and Alexandra was quick to answer any questions. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the nearest ski lift and restaurants. We would definitely look to stay here again if we ever decided to stay in Kaprun again.

Our stay at accommodation Corones was very pleasant and full of peace and rest. It is a comfortable retreat with all amenities around. We loved having as many facilities as parking and proximity to major needs like a super or restaurants. In addition to this, the host Astrid was wonderful, always attentive to the questions or help we require. Thank you very much !!

Lea's house was a pleasant surprise: clean, very well-stocked and in a great position, basically in front of the ski slopes. Lea was always very responsive in giving information and very kind in allowing us to check out late. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation for 6 people. We came here for skiing. The Seceda gondola can be easily reached on foot in just over 5 minutes or you can take the ski bus, which stops in the immediate vicinity of the property. We were very happy with the place. Thank you so much 😊

We went skiing at Nadia's place. The apartment is extremely spacious and only equipped of upscale quality. We (2 families) immediately felt comfortable and found everything we need. The two car parking spaces in the underground car park are also perfect for taking the kids to the ski resort quickly. We will be happy to come back!

The property and the city are great. The lake view is perfect. Alberto's father (I don't remember his name) kindly answered us. The space is large and clean. It gives a family of 4 peacefully.

The apartment is very easy to get to. You'll find yourself in front of the cathedral of Trento. Alessandro is a delightful person, helpful and you can see that he loves his city. He gave us many tips on where to eat nearby, what activities to do and activated the Trentino Guest Card (useful for discounts for various activities). I highly recommend this solution for proximity to the center, great location and a great host!

Tiziana was the best host. Helpful, kind and makes you feel happy. She explained everything to us. The place is beautiful, quiet, new, comfortable and very, very clean. The view is more than wonderful. Everything you need is available in the place. She also provides everything we ask for. She made us feel like we were in our home and she also allowed us to delay check-out.

We had a great stay at Emanuela's apartment! The apartment is small, but it is very cozy, very nicely decorated and functional. Comfortable bed, dishwasher, coffee maker. The apartment is extremely clean and scented! The host takes great care of the apartment and all the amenities. Everything is in excellent condition, like new. It smells good from the entrance. There's everything you need. Emanuela and her son are incredibly kind, kind, and helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor, so in the summer you can use a table and chairs on the lawn. As skiers, we were especially pleased with the very good location of the apartment close to the Monte Spinale cable car:) Similarly, there are shops and restaurants nearby. An additional advantage is the possibility of parking your car in the indoor parking lot under the building where the apartment is located. I spent Christmas here for the second time, I am delighted with both the apartment itself and the surroundings. For me, the proximity of walking areas was very important, which in the case of this apartment is a hit. You live a few dozen meters from mountain walking and trekking trails with great views. Since I spend my vacation with my two beloved dogs, this amenity is a revelation for them. Ski slopes and lifts are 10 - 15 minutes away by car. There are slopes of Alpe Cermis, Latemar or Moena - Lusia within reach. Ski trails are always well-prepared, long with varying degrees of difficulty. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning home. Remarkable location, with breathtaking views. Very clean and immaculate home. Everything provided for, even a breakfast! Friendly and helpful hosts with an amazing home. Felt lucky to have stayed there. Better than a 5* hotel!!
