Extremely clean accommodation. The hostess Margarete proved accessible and always polite. She was always concerned about our well-being, answering our questions quickly, either in person or by ZAP. All cleaned and well tidy bed and bath items. All utensils available as plates and silverware, glasses and others. There was potable water as well, both gallon and filter. I 100% recommend hosting.

Extremely satisfied with Thais' communication , speed and education from first contact to check-out. I and my family were very happy with accommodation, complete home and everything we needed to have moments of rest and leisure. We'll come back more often.

We went in 2 couples, we found the property with ease. Gates and alarms worked perfectly. The house is on a quiet and quiet street, which was the most important to us. The place is simple, but with a friendly and peaceful neighborhood. The house is very nice, great for the 3 days we spent, internally beautiful and cozy, very well assembled, with good furniture, built-in wardrobe, large 55 "television, good quality Wi-Fi, excellent fridge and stove, had exhaust, Airfryer, microwave, blender, complete utensils, beautiful bathroom, great shower, washing machine, good lighting in it all, all from comfort to modern life. My only observation is about the beds. The double bed was too soft for older people. And the sofa bed, impractical for sixteenths like us. In the meantime, it was enough for me to talk to the host and in less than an hour he sent me a single mattress that solved the problem. He was kind and considerate the entire time.

We had an amazing family weekend! The site is large, very well cared for and extremely comfortable. Josiane was attentive from start to finish, ensuring an excellent experience. The pool is wonderful and always warm, the sauna heats up fast, and the kitchen is impeccable and well-equipped. In addition, the rooms are ventilated and have private bathrooms, which brought even more convenience. We recommend for sure and we hope to come back soon!

Vanessa was super accessible. You answered any questions promptly. And he instructed us clearly on the location. The site provides everything as advertised. 3 refrigerators. And the basic utensils. Clean rooms and several bathrooms. And, when there was a lack of some supply. We went to a small vending house that is in front of the site and we were able to refuel without taking the car out of the garage. Another positive point; I was able to take my puppy. And my friend took hers tb. Wifi worked perfectly. The site is well wooded and there is also a lake at the bottom...for eventual "fishing" for those who like it.

We loved the house of Graça! Every corner seems designed to delight! We were greeted with flowers, everything was impeccably clean, had (natural) flavouring sprigs scattered throughout the house, super cozy decor and the view is beautiful! The grassy outdoor area, full of plants and trees is a charm! We eat guava and made lemon juice, harvested from the backyard! My dogs were totally at ease and safe, as the backyard is well surrounded. Graça was super affectionate, gave all assistance and quickly, from start to finish! Your house could easily be called “Casinha Full of Grace!” 🧡🌻🐾

Our stay at home was excellent! The location was perfect, close to Belo Horizonte (1 hour trip, very quiet to arrive) and also close to supermarkets and shops in general (10 minutes by car). The house was extremely clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, comfortable beds, bedding, bath towels for all guests, bath soaps, heated pool, large TV and a giant, very comfortable sofa. The house is a great place to rest and enjoy with family and friends. The host was very attentive, generous and quick to answer my questions, which made the whole experience even better. Also, Fernando left a welcome gift with a letter my group loved. Everything we need the host was ready to help us, it was amazing. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

We had a great experience since the first contact, Cecilia and her mother were very attentive and kind in making the schedules more flexible and meeting the demands of the group. The house is rustic, exactly as in the pictures, quite complete, the wi-fi worked correctly every day. The outside area is quite large and our pets loved it. We very much like the location, a lot of tranquility and at the same time very close to the commerce. I recommend to those looking for a few days of rest.

Great stay for those looking to spend quiet days, in peace in the middle of nature. The site corresponds exactly to what the photos show, a simple, quiet and comfortable place. Suely, she was super understanding and receptive, answered all the messages quickly and resolved my doubts. The kitchen is equipped, has all the utensils. It has barbecue and wood stove. The waterfall that is inside the farm is wonderful as well as the swimming pool that is on the site, the water is wonderful, because it is supplied by the water that comes directly from the mine. I loved my stay!

Since before renting the site, Helder was very helpful and cleared all the doubts. The site is a delight, quite a place, with a swimming pool, barbecue a breath, all the necessary kitchen utensils (including Airfryer) and the rooms had a good space, accommodating 8 people peacefully and up to 12 people using the mattresses already available on the site. The suite is a separate show, with a beautiful view of the balcony. The sauna was a legal differential. The light globe and the sound box made a difference on our nights. Helder was attentive in every detail, from the initial instructions to the check-in, provided all the necessary information about the house and the surroundings. The neighborhood is also great, condominium with condominium and insurance, nearby market (about 15 minutes walk). Helder left a meat to make at the gift barbecue and wrote an affectionate message to welcome us. Spending the New Year there was our group's best choice! I highly recommend it!

We as a family had an incredible time at the property. It is so peaceful and private. We had all the facilities we needed to completely relax. The pool is perfect and views amazing.

Juliana's home, it's just fantastic! We were looking for a quiet place; private and with vegetation, to spend the new year and that is exactly what Sítio Di Maria has given us. Easy access; super accessible check-in/check-out (we took/returned the keys with Dona Rita, a very nice lady); cozy and EXTREMELY CLEAN environment; solicitous and gentle host, provided us with all the necessary support with the accommodation; properly sanitized pool; the barbecue served us well; not to mention the decorative plaques on the balcony of the house (a charm apart). We indicate the place of Juliana and wish to retonate as soon as possible to this paradise!

We spent the new year at the accommodation and it was perfect! The atmosphere is very pleasant, comfortable and accommodates well, in our case a group of 5 people and a pet. The place is organized, clean, has a 7-minute market by car. It's just like the pictures. In addition, hosts are very kind and solicited, they always respond quickly and helped us with all our needs. It was great, we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

Great cost-benefit, especially if your trip is to visit Inhotim, which is 8 minutes by car from the apartment. It is also easy to access the market, pharmacy and restaurants. The apartment has comfortable beds and pillows, clean towels, fans in all the rooms and in general met our needs well. The kitchen does not have so many utensils, but it was enough for our case. We are very pleased with our stay!

Ana Luiza's chalet experience was very nice! One of the highlights is the excellent internet connection, which allows you to make a quiet home office on the balcony, taking advantage of the beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and, for any last minute need, there is a bakery/shop at the concierge. The place is safe, and the host is attentive and friendly.

Exceptional vacation spot, in a very well maintained green setting, with nature all around. The house is very nice, fresh, well arranged, the bedding is comfortable, the outdoor kitchen is well equipped. It is a beautiful house to spend a few quiet days off the beaten track and enjoy Inhotim a few minutes' drive away. We would recommend this place to all our friends. Very warm welcome by Luana's family, which contributed greatly to the very positive experience of this stopover on our trip to Brazil. To be done without hesitation.
