The place was nice and clean exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. The area was quiet and beautiful and also easy to reach by bus and train. It all worked out and we were very satisfied

really nice place to stay with some interesting furniture and with the river at the end of the street. Tobias is an easygoing host, and Rodenkirchen has lots of great cafés, bars and restaurants. all in all great!

So I can only say we were totally satisfied a very nice apartment plenty of space and a nice terrace. The way to the S-Bahn was also only accessible in five minutes.

We would recommend Viktoria's place for any stay aiming to visit Köln, Phantasialand, Bonn or any other place nearby. One can get anywhere by car and return to a parking space right at the house. Or one can leave the car home and just walk to the station and from there to anywhere on the net. We felt comfortable and welcome. The appartment was exactly as described, super clean and had everything we needed plus an unexpected attention. Viktoria was very flexible when it came to arrival and departure and very clear, quick and friendly in her communications. The appartment itself is situated in small village with a church that still rings every hour and sometimes does a song, but there are still restaurants and shops may be found nearby. In five minutes one is out into the fields if one fancies a nature walk. Thanks to Viktoria for having us!

Great stay. Marianne and Jochen are really super nice and helpful. There was a lot to discover in the very nicely furnished apartment, the fridge was full and there were fresh rolls for breakfast. 😊 An all-round carefree package...

A delightful little cottage with everything you need. Sabine and Andreas were very friendly and helpful hosts. The cottage is equipped with a lot of love for detail, everything you need is there. Highly recommend for two people with dog.

We had a very nice stay at Hausen. The apartment is great with a top view and a kitchen with everything you need. The garden was also wonderful to sit in and light a fire. The surroundings are full of beautiful nature for walks or trips. There is not much to do in the house itself, but via the Rurhbahn (small train) you will be in Heimbach in no time and there are some nice pubs and restaurants. Marcus received us very friendly and the contact during our weekend was also very pleasant. He responded quickly and helpful :)

The home was just as described, very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area is. The backyard view is amazing.

It really was a pleasant stay in a quiet and clean accommodation where we could totally relax and enjoy our stay. Our host Nina was also a pleasant person whom we found as friendly and helpful and certainly to be recommended as a super host!…

This house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The location and view is stunning. It is spacious, the beds are good, the kitchen has all the comforts and equipment to cook wonderfully extensively. The sandwich service (fresh sandwiches by the duration in the morning) were luxurious! From the house you can take several walks, both along the river and into the wooded hills. We were with our 1.5 year old son and also for him this house was perfect: lots of play space, a bath, cot and high chair. We hope to come back again!

We had a great time at Timo’s place. He provided clear instructions and was very friendly and responsive to my messages. The apartment was great, very clean, and had everything we needed. Public transport to Köln is very accessible, the station is right next to the apartment. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again.

we had a great stay at Dennis' place. Great location for Phantasialand and we found Bruhl to be a nice town to visit. Dennis was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. I would recommend this apartment.

I had a very nice time in the apartment, even the great balcony I was able to use. Wonderful! And the evening by the fireplace, very comfortable. Everything was ready, from the stocked coffee maker to wood to the fireplace, bed linen and towels. Everything is as described on the pictures, super clean and stored as new! Perfect hosts, very accommodating and super nice. I'd love to come back and recommend it to you.

The three of us spent a weekend in this really nice apartment and felt very comfortable. Very tasteful amenities - and everything you could ever need! The third person sleeps on a quite narrow folding bed in the living room. This was known to us before and completely ok for us. The balcony is great and goes out the back - wonderful to use in summer! The contact with Jan was always quick, very friendly and uncomplicated! Thank You!
