Apartment vacation rentals in Brownwood

We had a great stay! The unit had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect! Everything was walkable for the Ragsdale. The hosts were very responsive before and during our stay.

Shannon is a wonderful host! Kevin(property manager) is super responsive as well! Thank y’all for having me! As for the apartment, I travel for work and work with primarily men. If I had scooped this place up with one of my coworkers, I would have been a bit uncomfortable due to the only bathroom being located in the bedroom. The layout when you walk into the front door is the living room with a couch. There is room for an air mattress in the living room if you moved the couch a bit. Luckily, I didn’t need the air mattress. Then you walk into the bedroom where a full size bed is located. The plug in located near the bed is a bit of a pain(cord/plug falling out)if you’re needing to charge things such as a computer, phone, or tablet. The bathroom is located in this area as well. Then you walk into the kitchen where a washer and dryer are now located beside the fridge and stove. They are just not listed! That was a great surprise since I am here working. Thanks again!

Wonderful place to stay for 1-2 people. Clean and it has all the amenities needed except for a washer and dryer..but the laundry mat is within walking distance. The host is quick to respond to any questions. The only downside is the blinds are garbage/broken and let the sun shine brightly throughout the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. They put a bad enough glare on the T.V. that it is unable to be watched. There is also the issue of privacy that the blinds negate. If it wasn’t for the blinds the Airbnb would be a 10 out of 10 but the blinds make it a 7 out of 10.

I had many friends coming to town last weekend and needed places for them to stay. The red house has been there my whole life, and I didn’t know it had become an Air BnB. The family members who stayed there really enjoyed staying there. Thank you very much.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was even bigger than we expected, super clean, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and comfortable—like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Ragsdale! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk to everything in town, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Our hosts were super attentive and very helpful. The location is great if you’re visiting Colorado Bend State Park and the price was worth it compared to other B&Bs nearby.

I loved staying so close to campus. I felt the price was a bit pricey considering the kitchen needs a little refreshing and overall furnishings BUT the bathroom was super nice and the parking was convenient. And I felt very safe. It's a great property it's def authentic Brownwood college living and I didn't hate that at all and the ac and fans and lighting in primary are great. All works well. Beautiful bedroom ceilings love the backyard charm they have added. It's just an older home and close to the train but that is clearly in the description. I would stay there again💙💛💙💛
