Vacation rentals in Brownton

We had a great time! The home is large, lovely and well-stocked with everything, even the perfect amount of toys! This was a good place for an extended family gathering. (The little ones also enjoyed the small playground.) The little bay the home is on is very peaceful; it's nice for kayaking. There is a nearby boat launch, which allowed us to use the home's dock for our boat and easily go out onto the larger part of the lake to fish. We also very much appreciated Jonathan and Jenny's minimal cleaning and checkout rules. Some Airbnb places have ridiculous requirements. Jonathan and Jenny were very prompt in their responses to our messages.

Beautiful cabin and attentive host. We didn’t have any problems, but I appreciated that he reached out to make sure we didn’t have any issues. The cabin was clean and the pride of ownership was apparent! We’ll be back!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our multi-generational family stay! I absolutely loved the decor and furnishings...clean, updated and still cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and safe although somewhat off the beaten path (definitely not a complaint, just something to keep in mind when booking a stay in Minneapolis).

We stayed here for my folk’s 50th Anniversary in Mankato- close enough yet off the beaten path enough to feel off the grid! Loved the size and simplicity of Brooke’s home! Great amenities, amazing views, waking up to lake air and sunrise through bedroom windows is a memory I will never forget. Hope to stay here again!

This cabin was a fantastic getaway for a couple days. Beautiful scenery on the lake, and the private hot tub was great to relax in. The cabin itself was very cute and spacious, and the optional game room while we did not take advantage of it, looked like it would be super cool and fun with plenty of games. Mark was a great host, super friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be saving this spot for another stay in the future, highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay with my family. Fit everyone well and was really nice to be on the lake.

Amanda's place was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy some quiet time before the holidays. In addition to the amenities listed, we also enjoyed a couple beautiful sunrises over the lake and its proximity to local restaurants and coffee shops.

great family, we stayed there for work in the area , for almost 2 weeks, they are wonderful to talk to, enjoyed the hospitality....

The house is beautiful! Super clean! The neighborhood is nice and very walkable! It’s close to town and Lake Ripley. I had some questions and Steve was quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Steve!
