Vacation rentals in Brookville

A little gem in the middle of a happening town. There is so much to see & do around this house. The house itself was cozy & had everything we needed & then some. The hosts were very accommodating & excellent at communicating. If you are looking for a peaceful, dog & kid friendly (CLEAN!) spot near the city, look no further. We came for a sports event at Spooky Nook. This house was a great place to come back to & unwind. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely weekend stay while visiting Mad River Mountain to celebrate my husband's 31st birthday! The suite was welcoming and cozy + we very much appreciated the snacks (including 2 delicious muffins) and coffee. Tracy was proactive in treating the pathways with salt due to some incoming freezing rain, very much appreciated! Excellent communication. :)

We are so glad we found this house for our visit with relatives. There was ample room and amenities for us, and we were close enough for family to visit or meet us at local restaurants. We also had what we needed to cook for ourselves and eat in. We enjoyed playing cards in the dining room, sharing stories in the living room, watching football in one room while others reconnected in the other. The thoughtful touches the hosts provided were much appreciated.

This was our second stay at Lisa's place. As before, we appreciated the ease of check in, the cleanliness, the quietness and the clear instructions for checkout. The weather wasn't conducive to hiking the trails on this visit, so we hunkered down and played lots of board games and online puzzles with our grandson using our computer and HDMI cord. The wi-fi worked well. We enjoy cooking our own meals and had everything we needed to do so. The 3 of us had a lovely time. Thank you, Lisa.

TEC was amazing, and the perfect spot for me and my friend to finish a writing project over a long weekend. The house is charming and has great energy. Kipra was a great host and made me feel very confident that everything would go to plan—and it did!

Great place! The house is very nice and well kept inside. We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion for improvement we have would be to change the beds to more singles so there better options for more people to stay. We had more guys that wanted to stay but guys are not going to share a bed. If the queen beds were changed to two singles, that would add more capacity.

Stayed here for a week while traveling for work! Was very nice and cozy. Nice kitchen and living room space to unwind after a long day. Would stay again :)

A great place to ring in the New Year! Our group of 10 had a great time play games and hanging out. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Tyianna had the place decked out for Christmas down to the last detail. She was quick to respond to our needs and is even mailing an item that was left behind.

This is the second time our family has stayed here and we love it! Our kids feel right at home and always ask to come back! The property is always clean and it makes us feel right at home - will be staying again in the future!
