Located in a nice and quiet tree lined neighborhood. It's located right off Sanford blvd which has all the local shops. Which includes Stop & Shop, Target, CVS, Burger King, McDonald's and KFC just to name a few. Some of the amenities available are Smart Tv,WiFi, work station,coffee maker, cookware and utensils, iron, ironing board and hair dryer just to name a few. There's also plenty of parking. It's also a 15 min walk to metro north Station, you can be in the NYC in 25-30min.

We had a lovely stay at Fiona’s place. From making the reservation to checking out, it was delightful. Really appreciated how well stocked the Airbnb was. Parking was not an issue, though you do need to park on the street. Was easily able to find spots. Would come again if I visit the city again!

Fantastic Stay in a Prime Location for visiting Upstate NY and NYC. Our group of seven had an amazing stay at Ness and Inga’s 4-bedroom, 2-bath Airbnb! The location was unbeatable for the price with easy access to all major transit options—especially the subway, just a block away. Getting to and from Lower Manhattan was a breeze, even with a 30-40 minute ride; it never felt like an inconvenience. The neighborhood itself was lively and well-equipped with plenty of walkable amenities, making it easy to grab essentials or a quick bite. Inside, the layout was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. This Airbnb is ideal for those looking to fully immerse themselves in city life—it’s a vibrant, energetic spot, not for the faint of heart, but absolutely perfect for adventure-seekers.
