Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brome-Missisquoi Regional County Municipality

This is the perfect place to visit for a Girls Weekend or family outing. It is very peaceful and the home is beautiful. We had the most perfect VT Weekend. It was lightly snowing, the mountains were visible from the living room with loads of pine trees that made it all look super Christmasy. We loved it!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Josée and Fred's. Our hosts were very attentive and the places were very clean (the bathroom is cleaned every day). And then we enjoyed the outdoor setting, a wood fire on the lake and a good pizza prepared with the wood-burning oven in the garden.

Great location across from the lake Champlain. Karen is a great host, she is very nice and helpful , her dogs and cats are also very nice. The breakfast Amy cooked for us in the morning was superb.

We stayed at the Trout River Suite at Phineas Swann over the July 4th weekend. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The view of the Trout River was really nice from our deck and the grassy area below. Our dog was welcomed with a dog bed in the room, a jar of milk bone biscuits, bowls, and special towels (we did need to ask for them) to wipe his feet. The suite itself was comfortable and clean. We made a simple meal one night in the room and had almost everything we needed (bring your own spices and oil). It was awesome to have AC since it was so hot and muggy. There were a lot of packaged snacks and sodas in the room for free. The fridge had beer and wine for purchase, with more in the main house. Bringing in alcohol is not permitted but their selection is pretty extensive. The main house has snacks, coffee, tea out all the time as well as fresh baked cookies. The breakfast was good, carby stuff but they will make you scrambled eggs. Overall, great experience!

This is my second time staying at Adrian’s, and I look forward to visiting again. Really nice space, super cozy, and the location is great. Farnham is a a great little city to get away for some peace and quiet while still having lots to do within walking distance…lively Main Street, beautiful setting, and nice parks and walking trails less than 5 min away. About 45 minute drive into Montreal (provided it’s not rush hour), which I love. I think Montreal is great, and I visited there most days during my two stays, although for me it is nice at the end of the day to come back to a place away from all the hustle etc. And I would have been totally content to just stay in Farnham too, except I wanted to attend Mass in English. Anyway, it’s great and I highly recommend.

Good place, perfect location, good communication. Very beautifully made and maintained. The host communicated well too and allowed us for a late checkout. Will definitely come back.

Very nice place. The host was very nice and helpful in welcoming us and assisting us with the number pattern lock when we were unsure about it. There are a few bakeries, a convenience store, and a pizza place nearby as well. Sad we could only stay one night and did not manage to make use of the backyard since it was a bit too cold for us.

Darren and Lynne’s bed and breakfast was just what my partner and I (and our doggo) needed. The space was so cozy, and we were right on the river which was so peaceful. The hot tub and delicious breakfasts were an added bonus which made our stay even more relaxing. The town is also extremely quaint, and the hospitality by all staff was very impressive! We definitely plan on returning and booking here more in the future! Very dog friendly too. Thank you Darren and Lynn!

Super warm welcome, clean and inviting places, towels, linens and everything provides. I would recommend it in a second!

Our first trip to Canada, two elderly people, a child, and our couple, the three-bedroom room was perfect for us. Because of the heavy snow, we checked in later than expected, and the landlord was waiting to greet us. It felt like visiting a friend's house, and the room was warm and cozy. For our questions, they gave timely and detailed responses, and took the initiative to help us find restaurants and places for children to play. If you like a quiet and comfortable environment, this is your best choice.

Exactly as advertised. Very charming rustic mountain lodge only minutes to the mountain. My favorite part was the atmosphere in the dining room. We really enjoyed the laid back breakfast by the wood stove in the dining room. The food and coffee were excellent and Karla went out of her way to provide GF options. Relaxing in the outdoor hot tub is also a treat after a day of skiing. This is the perfect mountain ski lodge and I hope to come back here again. My daughter and I really loved it here.

Florence is an amazing hostess! She literally welcomed us with opened arms! She was able to give us an earlier check in, as we had arrived a bit early. She was generous with everything in her home. We had purchased some cheeses that day and she stored them in her refrigerator. We were comfortable coming and going as we wanted to and she gave us local recommendations. There was a nice pool area that she welcomed us to. The bed and room were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. There was another couple staying there, Florence introduced us and we all sat together and had a lovely visit over a very nice breakfast. Our visit could not have been more pleasant.

We stayed at Caroline's place for two nights. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was five stars! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling near Burlington or Montreal!

What a pleasure to spend time at Diane and Patrice's place. As soon as we walked past the door, we felt right at home, welcomed like kings. Diane and Patrice are passionate. They delighted us with their discussions and lunch filled with small touches. I still dream of this fruit salad with these coconut chips!

Very welcoming B&B and delicious lunch, we highly recommend it and will be back with great pleasure!

We have stayed at the White Birch Retreat many times over the last eight years. We come back again and again for the charming secluded location with gorgeous views across the lake and for the hosts hospitality. Meeting other guests has often been a high point as well, you're as likely to meet a globe trotting sign language teacher as a United Nations water rights negotiator.
