Great place on the water with plenty of space in the house!

We spent two comfortable nights at the “Small Town Oasis” while visiting our child who attends a local university. Honestly, it felt like we were at a family member’s house. The home had everything we needed to relax, make a family dinner and more. It was warm and inviting, and had all the conveniences we were hoping for, including local shops and restaurants. When I had questions, my messages to Andrew were quickly answered. Thank you for a great getaway - and the snow was a wonderful ending to our experience. We look forward to booking again.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was quiet and peaceful, but easy to find. It boasted a lovely view of Spectacle Pond and we enjoyed taking the canoe out on the water. I’d come back in a heart beat!

Wonderful lakefront cabin, with modern styling that does not ruin the cabin feel. The fireplace in the living room is a perfect place to cozy up to and enjoy the evening, and if you like stargazing the fire pit outside is even better! Islands only even stopped by to drop off some supplies that had run out unknowingly. Very responsive and helpful overall!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this Jay Peak condo. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. the living space was warm and cozy, sitting by the fireplace to end the day was perfect. the kitchen had the things you needed to enjoy your stay and the bathrooms were nicely designed. all of the light switches had labels so there was no confusion on which switch controlled which light. the welcome book was perfect, explaining how the house worked and what was available in the surrounding area. we went during off-season so there was no skiing but the resort waterpark and ice rink were easy to walk to, although the walk back was an uphill workout but not a huge deal. we are hoping to come back to this condo again in the near future

William’s lake guest house was a real treat. Not only was William responsive, the location was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay that much more because of the location being in the middle of our destinations for the weekend. We will definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, secluded little get away this is the place to go. I truly miss it already. Everything was perfect and so much to do. The game room is stocked with more games than I even knew existed, and in the main house so many puzzles, books and more games. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal. We stopped at Shaws and Walmart in Newport on our way to the cabin, and I suggest anyone else who visits this amazing cabin does the same because I can promise you once you arrive on holland pond you will not want to leave. The whole cabin is so cozy and welcoming with some of the nicest blankets to cuddle up in. Anthony & Toni’s cabin is truly a gem and the pictures don’t do it justice. You’ll have to go see for yourselves.
