Vacation rentals with a patio in Broadmeadow

Great location of this large light filled modern apartment which surpasses expectations in terms of ease and proximity. Conveniently located near shops and other amenities yet so close to the beach. We had an amazing time here with our dog.

Cindy and Andrew’s place is in a great location - close to shops and the Fernleigh Track. Public parking is out the front of the accomodation which can fill up at times. Cindy was great with communication. We had a lovely stay and would recommend

Bianca's place is very comfortable, super clean, very colourful and interesting decor and in a good location. I really enjoyed my stay there and appreciated the aircon on days which were in the mid to high 30s. I had a lovely stay.

Nicole was very quick to respond to all my questions, check in and out was easy and stress free! The property was amazing - the styling was beautiful, very clean and tidy with the added bonus of a great view! Easy to access local shops, restaurants and beaches!

This place is great. Right in the centre of Newcastle, close to restaurants, pubs and the harbour. It felt like a high end hotel. Very clean and excellent appliances. Parking was easy. Key pick up easy. Awesome one bedder to escape for a few nights. Thanks Mike

Becky was the kindest host. She was responsive, helpful and would go out of her way to accomodate our needs. The beaches are so busy in Newcastle so it was so great to be able easily walk with prams to Newcastle beach and eateries and avoid needing to find a carpark. Parking was easy on the streets and the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Amy’s place was amazing and exactly as described. It was so clean we thought it had just been renovated, not a spot anywhere. Everything was well kept in cupboards, the beds were made really well and rooms really tidy. The living areas were well presented and the bathrooms looked and smelled clean with fresh towels on the beds. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s in a great location only 10 minute drive from Newcastle, the beaches and restaurants and the residential area is very quiet at night. Amy is also very responsive and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We will definitely return if we are visiting Newcastle again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! Ola and Barn truly thought of every detail, making our experience so much more enjoyable. The kids’ room was a highlight—complete with a toy box full of hours of entertainment! We even had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the house that made the holiday extra special. It felt like they went above and beyond to create a welcoming, thoughtful space for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from all sorts of plates and dishes for our antipasto platter to even the tiniest things you might forget—like a screwdriver! We were so grateful for that, especially when we realized we needed it to add batteries to the kids’ Christmas presents. The little touches made all the difference, and it felt like the hosts were truly invested in ensuring we had a perfect stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtful, and well-equipped getaway! Thank you Ola & Barn!

Perfect Stay for Our Family! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. Close to shops, restaurants, and stunning beaches. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our small dog and two teenage boys. Lauren was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back for another visit! Highly recommend!

Idyllic spot. Morrad has thought of everything ahead, so that we didn't have to. Free step workout was as described and fine with great views en route. Friendly and helpful host who clearly cares about property. Kayaks and SUPB for Naru beach and surrounds were wonderful. Tight but equipped kitchen with 2 ring hob and mini oven met our needs. Gated garden, so no issue for kids or pooches. |Front deck great to watch the world go by on lake. Definitely recommend and will return - thanks Morrad :)

We had a wonderful time at Mary’s and are keen to go back. House was very clean and we loved the cottage feel. Beautiful linen and new carpet helped it feel fresh and clean and cosy. We appreciated the large laundry and dryer in the rain. Mary was proactive with communication and very thoughtful. Street parking was tricky at times but the location is fantastic.

If you are staying in the speers point area this place is worth a look. Was perfect for us as it was very close to both Speers point and warners bay
