We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and warm considering the freezing temperatures outside. She left plenty of towels, toiletries, and basic supplies in the house. Also, there was plenty of coffee and a few snacks which was a nice touch. The home was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I would love to come back in warmer temps next time.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend to visit family in the area. Location was great, we enjoyed walking to The Coffee Guys coffee shop in the morning; other shops and restaurants also within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable, perfect for our stay. We had 2 family members working remotely one day during our stay, and there was space for everyone, including quiet workspace. I had a couple questions for host prior to stay which she answered promptly, no reason to contact her during our stay. Location is convenient to Narragansett beaches, shops and restaurants. Also convenient to getting to Newport, and other towns to visit family. This would be a great place to stay in the summer for a beach vacation- outdoor space includes a nice deck and backyard which would be great in warmer weather! We would definitely consider staying here again!

The home was even better than the photos. It was clear that there was a lot of time and energy put into creating a welcoming unique environment. The beds were comfortable the game room was perfect to relax, play arcade games or work remotely. The fire pit on the balcony was a great touch and welcome after going to the restaurants and locations that were recommended. Shannon was extremely responsive and the guest binder was a great touch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It’s the perfect location and place to stay.

Grant's place is wonderfully comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant - very neat and clean with tasteful decor and furnishings. It was easy living there partly because it was so well supplied with all you might need. We particularly liked eating, socializing, and lounging on the deck. The location is great. It was a short drive to a number of lovely beaches. We definitely hope to vacation there again.

I had an incredible stay at Ahmed’s beautiful property in Narragansett! The home is spacious, spotless, and perfectly located just a short 6-minute walk from Scarborough Beach. Waking up to ocean views was such a treat, and the backyard truly felt like an oasis—complete with a relaxing jacuzzi and outdoor shower that added a spa-like touch to our trip. Ahmed made the check-in process seamless, and his attention to detail as a host was outstanding. Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

WALK to Seawall/Restaurants! All the amenities!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Christine’s home was perfect for my family and my friend’s family to stay! So much space and lots of bathrooms which was a plus! I love how the kitchen and living room are one big space to host everyone. The wrap around deck was amazing!!! We had some trouble with the grill but Christine was SO responsive (even though she was on vaca herself!) and sent her handyman over to fix it which was awesome!! Nothing beats the RI beaches and salty summer air. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!
