Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

The home is well located and Tyler provided lots of ideas for making our vacation enjoyable. The home was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was lovely. We would recommend this property to others who were looking for a relaxing beach retreat!

Very well equipped house, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, definitely the highlight of the house. The washer wasn't working but Stephen was a great host, very communicative and offered to get our clothes washed if needed (we didn't need it). Would definitely recommend!

The hospitality provided was unmatched. The home was warm and cozy upon arrival and the perfect place to kick back and relax. The little morning treat upon checkout was a wonderful touch and a great way to end the trip and send us straight off to another one. Thank you Talita and Vinny for placing value in taking care of your guests. It surely does not go unnoticed. We would definitely come back, maybe for the summer next time!

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

Essays have never been a strong skill of mine, so please excuse my bluntness. Prudence Island is not for everyone. It is however for me and my family. We came to ride bikes, fish, walk around, and just relax. It was only for a few days, and we have 4 kids, so relaxing was a bit tricky. Thats on us. However, as far as Taiji's cottage is concerned, it catered to what we were looking for. With quick access from the Ferry, to the beach, or even indoor entertainment (we arrived just before a storm). He and his team had provided everything we could need, and then some. (Thank you for having a pack and play for our baby.) While I'm hopeful to own a place on Prudence (someday...) I would certainly like to stay here again, and would highly recommend Taiji's place to any interested individual or family. Thanks again, -Patrick Cassidy, 3rd generation islander

Place was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Convenient location. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

This is a fascinating carriage house with amazing decor and furniture that is a refreshing change from the particle board we've seen elsewhere (including our own house! ). We love getting to walk over to the Roger Williams Park so easily. The compact but complete kitchen and full sized fridge made it easy to cook for ourselves whenever we wanted. Lots of attention to detail by these hosts!

I will absolutely return to Chelsea's cottage in East Greenwich. I stayed during September and was able to have the windows open, which was very nice. The walkability from the cottage to Main St was perfect because the cottage is ON Main St (Post road turns into Main one block over). The home is simple and clean and has anything you need for a longer stay. The bed and pillows and linens are all very comfortable. Parking is off street and directly at the front door! The area was safe and friendly for my stay. I highly recommend this home.

Fly Fishers Cottage was the perfect choice for my visit home for the holidays. The cottage is exactly as described, spotless, super cozy, and it was even decorated for Christmas! It was the exact amount of space I needed and felt like a home away from home. It is ideally located to get to Jamestown and Newport, as well as to other parts of RI and MA where I was visiting family. Clare is a wonderful host, very responsive, and flexible with check in/out which I hugely appreciated. She also made sure outside was cleared and gritted after some snow - it seems like a small thing, but made me feel welcome and taken care of. I really hope to stay at the cottage again on my upcoming summer visit - thank you Clare!

Donna was a wonderful host for my colleagues who really appreciated the help that she gave during our stay which we extended. Beautiful view! Very well appointed and decorated, comfy and beautiful cottage. It was a squeeze for four of us but worth it for the three night stay in such a beautiful place by the river/ocean. My teens fished and kayaked, while we parents got to relax in the Adirondack chairs with a beautiful view. Cute little beach, too!

Absolutely charming historic home, beautifully restored and stylishly appointed. Nellie thought of everything to make for a luxurious getaway. The house is as adorable as it appears in the photos—from the beautiful tiled bathroom with vintage tub to a sweet nook for coffees and teas. Calming ocean views from the bedroom and very comfortable sleep. Nellie was the perfect host and anticipated every need, including some great local restaurants. Could not recommend more highly! Thank you Nellie for a wonderful stay!

My daughter and I stayed at John’s place for a week and it was wonderful. The space was clean and perfectly appointed. The proximity to the beach was great, too. John was an extremely responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Barrington is a great town. If you’re a coffee drinker you have to try Borealis in Riverside. The Blue Kangaroo and The Black Pear are great breakfast/lunch spots as well. We loved Barrington Books - great spot for great gifts.

Matt’s airbnb is truly a little slice of heaven for any water & nature lover! Prepare to feel right at home with a well-stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, outdoor fire pit, water toys and breathtaking bay views. I had daily visits from the local water foul, saw shooting stars at night and had an incredible opportunity to recharge… so much so that I extended my stay! Thanks for everything Matt, if I’m back in the area you’ll be hearing from me. 😉

Carol’s place was clean, attractive, beautifully done for an older home in an historic town. Easy walks to downtown, harbor area.

Karen is lovely. She cleared the driveway during a snowstorm and kept us informed of the bad weather. She also accommodated a late check out due to a family emergency. She is very responsive, and her place is beautiful. Spacious, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Will be back!
