Beachfront vacation rentals in Brisbane Water

We stayed over a weekend with our two children and some friends. It was torrentially raining for the first 24 hours which was bad luck and made the journey a bit trickier with cancelled ferries but we made it and the sun came out for us and we had a lovely weekend in the incredible surroundings of Mackerel Beach. It’s such a peaceful and magical spot. Relatively close to Sydney but it feels like you’re so far away when you wake up there. Claudia and Richard gave us detailed and clear instructions which made the logistics so much easier. The kids loved the cricket kit and beach equipment. We all appreciated the kitchen set up as we all like to cook. Eating out on the deck was really special. Will definitely be back to Mackerel beach.

This place was a great find with beautiful views and an amazing house to stay in , it was equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay and made us feel right at home. The additions of the house truely make it stand out with beaches , cafes and the shopping centre so central to this place we throughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back again.

Loved this accommodation. This caravan was so comfortable and decor was awesome. Right across from Lake. Great view. Highly recommend.

The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed. It was close to the pub, beach by just sort walk and the lake was at the back. It was pet friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sue’s home was wonderful! Plenty of room, beds, and space to be comfortable living for our short stay. Walking distance to 2 great beaches and multiple food/drink spots! We enjoyed multiple lunches at Caves which were delicious and convenient. Caves beach is extremely neat and beautiful during low tide and a must see during your stay here.

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Gorgeous location and one of the best stocked Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, in terms of crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, salad bowls, bread boards plus surplus stock for bathrooms, kitchen needs etc. We had a really great stay in every way.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Could not fault anything about the stay, the place was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable which is a must. Would highly recommend. The communication and ease of check in was also great.

Gwen's place was very clean and spacious and a great location right beside the beach and lookouts. Gwen was very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely stay in her house. Highly recommended.

We had a really lovely stay; Taranvir provided us with easy to follow instructions and some lovely additional goodies. The property was exactly as described, with many extra services. Pool was a bonus luxury and it was an easy walk to the beach. We had a really relaxed family weekend and will definitely be back!

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

The place was just the right accommodation for my family. The view is GORGEOUS. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch the sun rise. Debbie and Debra were very responsive and helpful. They've really set up the place for guests to feel at home. Will definitely book again. :)

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Breathe. It was perfect for our family including a little dog. My sister has some mobility issues and found it easy to get around. The pool and outside eating area is fantastic. It’s a great location across the road from the beach. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We can’t wait to visit again xx

Palm Beach is expensive as holiday accommodation is limited. However Amethyst's Studio has a great kitchen with good fridge etc if you want to cook - although we found the local cafe's and restaurants too good to miss. The Studio is above a garage well separated from the house. We found it private and quiet. The decor is modern and fresh. At first we drove to Palm Beach (The Studio is on the Pittwater side) but soon discovered that it was an easy twenty minute walk to the golf course and not much further to the beach. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of Barrenjoey House which has a fantastic restaurant and bar. The Studio is perfect for a couple.

Tiffany's Place was amazing. The beach and lagoon right at the back doorstep and the view was amazing. The place was clean and as described. We had a group of families and everyone enjoyed their trip. Thanks Tiffany.

Absolutely a beautiful place, the views are absolutely breathtaking from every room in the house. it was really an amazing holiday for our family. the home was very comfortable everything was perfect. I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal this experience was. I came off of a 20 hour flight and couldn’t wait to relax, cook dinner, and enjoy being on the water. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen and one of the best night’s sleep of my life. From being picked up at the dock to the adventure of the return trip back to shore, I would recommend this incredible stay to anyone!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding location on the waterfront with views across to Scotland Island. Spacious accommodation that is ideal for family gatherings. The kayaks and. paddle boards were a real bonus. The 3 and 6 year olds absolutely loved drawing chalk pictures on the blackboard wall in the kitchen.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this incredible property. Absolute beachfront in Wamberal with amazing views of the ocean. This property was very luxurious and had everything that was needed. A great location away from the chaos of Terrigal. There is an excellent cafe/restaurant a few steps away (Wed-Sun). The beach is patrolled and Wamberal lagoon is a great option when the surf is too rough. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside family holiday. So much to do in this area including surfing, swimming, walking, hiking and golf. Cafes are great. The bus service is excellent so no need to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.
