Condo vacation rentals in Brisbane City

Charles place is a very nice and small apartment , near everything. Very very clean. Just across the brisbane river and the ferries. Just four minutes drive to a shopping centre. Very quiet and private. Charles is a very friendly host, would definitely book this place again. I already recommended it to my friends. Oh the kitchen was super clean. We got a free 1.5 litre of cold water in the fridge. I needed that after an 8 hours drive. There was a 1 litre of milk for free in the fridge.

Beautiful apartment! Very accessible to restaurants and grocery, convenient location. Rooftop pool was definitely a great addition! Will definitely be back

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

we had a really great time in wynnum, very close to the water, shops, cafe's and train station to get into the city. Our stay was fantastic, it had everything we needed for our holiday, We would like to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is close to anything you might need and is great for a little getaway.

Great location! Very easy walking to everything!!! From river walks to eateries, coffee and grocery stores, all close by. Place was clean and neat. Had everything we needed. Aircon and fans were brilliant. Instructions were clear. Great value for money

Ty was a very friendly and relaxed host who was up for a chat about movies or to provide local recommendations. The area is central to most suburbs in Brisbane and the apartment complex has a nice convenience store and cafe below. The room was large and modern with an ensuite and veranda area. There was a nice large tv and streaming services available to watch as well as a good range of teas and coffees. I would definitely stay again!

Chris was kind enough to welcome me. His apartment has a great view and is located in the Brisbane CBD, perfect for exploring the city. I spent a very comfortable two nights here. Highly recommend:)

Christien was a lovely host and her place to stay was gorgeous! It was equipped with everything you needed and also in an excellent location with shops, gyms and the bus stop all within 5minutes walking distance! The apartment was clean, cosy and perfect for someone commuting to to the city for work, I was there for 4 weeks and wished I’d stayed longer! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location and apartment, easy to walk to shops and restaurants

I have stayed here a couple of times, this time for a two-month stay. Always happy to return to Katy’s place in this modern and chic designed residential building! Transportation is also easy with short uber rides to city center/west end/westfield etc. Katy is always responsive with my requests. Thanks for hosting me, Katy!

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. Will definitely stay here again!

This is my second time I’ve stayed here. Always a pleasure. It’s like my second home away from home. My work office is across the road so an excellent location for me personally as well. Will be back again as always :)

Noel is very polite and a most hospitable host. His space is well provided for, very clean, excellent location, park outside the door step, car park👌we didn’t use amenities, but they are available.. pool, gym, hot tub..what more could you ask for!! Thankyou Noel.
