Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brindisi

We stayed at the beautiful Nieves estate for a week. It was a real shame to leave... leave the place and leave the people... we were greeted by Nieves, his family and his pets as if we were always friends... we spent wonderful evenings talking with them and the presence of Nieves was fundamental to discover enchanting places in Puglia. Ideal house also for children who are free to explore nature and experience the scents of that beautiful land in a safe and loving environment! We'll definitely be back!

Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Nice cosy and clean house with massive garden and amazing views to the seaside. Sunrise like this is a dream! Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Valeria!

Everything is tidy and clean. Traditional trullo where you feel at home. Friendly host and available for any request. Recommended for those who want to have an experience in a trullo with all the necessary comforts!

We only stayed one night because we were back from a vacation. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Mr. Franco, Daniele's father, very kind who showed us the house, gave us tips on where to go to dinner and gave us his availability for anything. The house is in the center, a few meters from the square but at the same time it is a quiet place. The thing that impressed us the most is the cleanliness: impeccable in every detail. And the house was really delicious, better than in the photos. The ceilings are beautiful. Thanks to Daniele and Franco for their hospitality and availability.

An oasis of peace.. perfect for those looking for tranquility and silence. The house is cozy and the furniture blends perfectly with the context. The outside is wonderful to enjoy the summer evenings. The second bathroom outside the house was not very much used because with three small children and always returning in the evening we always preferred the one inside (a problem that surely on warm summer evenings does not arise!). The bedrooms are connected, so if you don't want to go outside to access the kitchen or en-suite bathroom you have to go through the other bedroom. Otherwise, the house was clean and complete with everything, Francesca was very kind and always responsive. A place to come back with your eyes closed.

We had a lovely time at Ciro's house. Beautiful garden. Beautiful pool. Cozy house. Ciro was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Peace and space. Unfortunately the pool was cold and we couldn't swim. Supermarkets are sufficient nearby. We didn't like Grottaglie itself, but drove by car to all the cozy towns.

Fabrizio was an incredible host. Very welcoming and a great communicator. The accommodation was perfect and within walking distance to so many amenities. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the beautiful town of Monopoli.

Our family of five had a wonderful week at this beautiful masseria. Peaceful, quiet and stunning surroundings. Close to discover cities in beautiful Puglia. We loved it!

This beautiful villa is located in the historic center of Lecce. An oasis of peace just minutes from shops and restaurants. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has many charming details. The roof terrace is fantastic. A wonderful place for breakfast or an aperitif. The host Danilo is very friendly, responds promptly every time and gives a lot of good advice and tips. Lecce is truly a crown jewel and Danilo's villa is one of its pearls. We highly recommend a stay at this address.

we had a lovely stay at Onofrio's airbnb. although four floors is a lot of stairs, it's worth it to get to the top and sit on the amazing roof deck with views of the sea! it was also very well located with many walkable places, especially close to Grotto palasezze where we had dinner. Polignano a Mare didn't disappoint!

Five stars is not high enough for this amazing apartment in a historic palace in the Centro Storico of Lecce. Location, location, location! While on a quiet and private street, this apartment is close to everything! Not only that, but the artwork within and around the apartment is fantastic, and we really connected emotionally to some of the pieces. If that wasn’t enough, Luigia could not have been more helpful. She stocked the kitchen and refrigerator with breakfast items and snacks, provided extremely clear directions on how to find her and waited for us on the street to greet us, gave us recommendations for restaurants and cafe’s that were terrific, and introduced us to her wonderful cats while showing us around the terrace. She is so warm and friendly that we feel like we’ve made a new friend. I don’t think we can come back to Lecce soon enough. Hope to see you again soon Luigia!

We loved our stay here. Maria and Anna were always very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a great area, 10 minutes walk from train station and right in the centre with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The apartment is very traditional and bigger than it looks in the photos. It has a great shower, air con, and washing machine. The roof terrace was great for getting clothes dry quickly. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. We stayed for 5 weeks and felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful house in a lovely location. It was a bit cold for us to use the pool unfortunately, which was a real shame as it looked so beautiful and the garden area is great. The house was really well equipped and all communication was great and very responsive. This is in a great spot for exploring the area - 20 mins to Locorotondo, 30 to Alberobello, and we spent a lot of time on the coast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Five Star+ rating for Mariangela's listing. The home and grounds are beautiful, so relaxing, clean and private. Mariangela was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. The location is great, close to a number of other towns in the Puglia region and a grocery store near by. I definitely recommend this listing and look forward to the day we can come back and stay again. Bravo!!

This place is fantastic, house is spotless, quiet location but close to town where you can find several restaurants and shops. The main feature of the house is the private pool where you can refresh during the hot days, you can also relax under the big veranda on the back and cook using the outdoor kitchen, we never used the indoor kitchen, it is so nice to cook and eat outside during the nice summer days. The house is surrounded by a huge garden so you can have complete privacy and there are nice trees around the pool if you prefer the shade. The location is perfect to visit both the east coast beaches (few minutes by car away) but also the west coast only 30 minutes away. Air con is very quiet but the house is so well insulated that really needed only few hours on really hot hot days. Mariella is a fantastic host always available to help in any way, we stayed 9 days but did not want to leave. Will be back soon, thanks Mariella

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

My family and I loved our stay here. We know Ostuni well, and the local area has so much to offer. Alexis and Steve's place was perfect for our young family, it was a really good sized space. If we weren't out and about, it was great to be able to enjoy the time in and around the big pool in the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Alexis & Steve were great hosts, they are such lovely people, and always made themselves available if required. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Ostuni! 😁
