Beachfront -Stunning views!

Tidy and peaceful apartment on the beachfront in Motueka. There is a beautiful beach trail conveniently located in front of the property. A short stroll to a children’s playground and the Motueka Saltwater Baths. A few minutes further down the trail you reach the Motueka wharf and Coastal Cafe, an excellent Coffee stop. There is also a beautiful reserve across the road from the apartment which has a wonderful trail weaving amongst the native trees where you will also see lots of native birds.

Spectacular sunrise, amazing coastal views! Fully-equipped 3 bedroom house. Relax on the deck or at the kitchen table & watch the ever-changing tide in the estuary. Peaceful coastal location on edge of town (5min drive to supermarket) with waterfront reserve, tidal estuary, cycle trail and walkway through the garden gate. Great for paddle-boarding or kayaking 2 hours either side of high tide. Garage available for storing bikes, and large deck for alfresco eating.
