Beach house vacation rentals in Brigantine

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Soul! Our girls loved going to the beach and our pup enjoyed her stay! Beautiful property! Hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend!

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was outstanding!! The house was gorgeous inside and out and meticulously clean. The host, Brooke, was very accessible and responsive. Everything in the house was first class. The kitchen appliances, the chilled wine rack, the enormous, superb quality TV, the washer and dryer, the Dyson dryers in every room to the Aesop soap, etc. The balconies overlooking the ocean provided a spectacular view, especially the colorful sunrise. The path to the beach abuts the house. Even though we rented it in winter, we just had to walk to the beach. The rooms were all extremely comfortable. The primary on the top floor had a walk-in closet as well as a spacious bathroom. The main bedroom on the second floor also had a spacious bathroom. We loved it!

I booked f hia space for a family get- together durinf the Christmas holiday. It was exactly like the photos! What a BEAUTIFUL place! It sits on the corner and has a bunch of parking space right in front (thank thr beach), the garage was huge and alao jas parking space in front of the garage. When you enter, it is very spacious throughout. At first, we had a hard time turning on lights and knowing which which goes well, but on some of the switches, there are labels that tells you which light it goes to. The olace came with pots and pans, and towels for use as well as two washer and dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs). There was a bunch of garabe bins whoch made it helpful taking iut the trash when hosting a large party. Even though we didnt need them, there was an extra blow up mattress in the master room and a twin mattress in the 2nd floor bedroom. I also spotted a few foldinf chairs here and there. With my large guest size, we brought our own chairs and tables. Great space over

Stunning AC home with fantastic amenities! The location was ideal, right on the boardwalk - not far at all from all the best spots. The house has a kegerator (just make sure to bring extra CO2 if you're bringing kegs), great kitchen, dining room, hot-tub, grill, awesome backyard and seating/sleeping arrangements. It's perfect for staying in AND going out! Thank you Carina & Bogdan for your AC hospitality!

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin??? While I was still trying to decide on a place for my family's getaway, I reached out to Steve to ask a clarifying question about the property. He was very prompt with responding to me and went above and beyond even in that initial conversation. From that point on, I was sold! There was no point in comparing the other properties anymore!! Not only is Steve an amazing host, but his property is beautiful! The pictures really dont do the place justice 😊. The neighborhood was pretty nice as well. If you're looking for a GREAT stay from an AMAZING host, this is your place! All around 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is one of the best houses I’ve stayed in at the Jersey shore. The location is perfect, corner lot with views of the bay from the family room. The backyard was a getaway in itself, the in-ground pool and hot tube were a pleasure. Literally a five minute drive to the beach. Super cozy and comfortable, just an all around wonderful vacation for our family. Karla was very responsive to my messages, even while out of town on business she made sure to get right back to me when I had a question. My family and I will absolutely be back next summer.

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

Had a great time at Brian’s beach house! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very clean! The pool was great! Loved that when we were didn’t feel like being at the beach anymore we still had the pool to go back to. Brian was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. Great location, we were able to walk many places. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

This house was perfect! Great pool, comfortable beds and furniture. It was a nice, easy walk to a beautiful beach!

Even with some rain, we had a great week in Margate with 7 adults and a toddler. The house was every bit as beautiful as the photos! There were lots of special touches that made us feel like family friends and not just strangers renting for a week. The welcome basket and electric bikes stand out as a special treat. Josh was a very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated that all 8 of us could gather in multiple spaces indoors and outdoors, either together or separately when we needed space. We loved the front covered porch, ate several meals on the covered deck with a dining room table, and all of us could sit around the pool as well. The awning was terrific for sun and even in light rain. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy for a big multigenerational family to cook meals in. We joined family in another location at the beach, but the bikes with the attached wagons would have made it possible to take everything to the beach.

Krista’s place is nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment you walk through the door, the stunning views leave you in awe. There’s something magical about waking up in the morning and being greeted by the sight of the ocean right outside your bedroom—it feels like a dream. The home is exactly as described, if not better. It’s impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need—luxurious toiletries, fluffy towels, high-quality cookware, silverware, and more. I booked last minute (literally on the day of arrival), and Krista couldn’t have been more accommodating. The experience was so incredible that I extended my stay—it was just too perfect to leave. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—this place is truly special. Great location southern part of LBI. Ocean and bay views/ sunrise and sunset from rooftop deck. Plenty of space for large family. Very comfortable and open space to gather/dine. Well appointed kitchen. Wonderful pool. Bikes and beach chairs definitely a plus.

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

Overall a great place. Had everything we needed. Was very peaceful. The only potential issue for some families could be that it is a longer walk through the dunes - so if you're a family dealing with strollers, beach carts, etc., keep that in mind. It is on the part of the island where you can drive on the beach, so if you have a 4x4 that would compensate for it. They were very proactive, and responsive, and easy to deal with.

We loved our stay at Pats place! The kitchen was a great size and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was along a quiet street and didn’t feel too far. We could walk to some cafes and I also enjoyed running at the nature reserve. I hope to stay again!

If heading to Brigantine and want an easy, clean great located house, you can't go wrong with Jack and Darya's home. Wonderful stay and hosts.

The house was clean and spotless. John the host is also super responsive when and provides clear instructions on how to check in and makes it super simple. It doesn't have that big of a backyard, but its good for what it is and the house isn't in a bad spot. I would recommend staying here just because it was clean, super easy check-in and check-out and not too far from the Ocean resort and casino. (15 minute walk)

This is a beautiful house, sitting just one block from the back door to the boards. A quick walk to the beach and only a 15-ish minute walk down to the shops, arcade, etc. We stayed off-season over Christmas, so many things about our stay may not pertain to summer rentals. We had no issues with parking and arrival. Steve and team are great with communication and checked in throughout the trip. They were very responsive to questions and provided prompt service. The bathrooms were clean and a nice size. Having linens provided was a nice touch. The bedrooms were a decent size and had the basics. The master was large and spacious. The kitchen is very large and very spacious which was nice for our family since we ate most meals at home. The kitchen had the basics that made prepping meals easy. The kitchen drawers were a little disorganized which made finding things a little difficult, but that ultimately was not an issue. This is a fantastic rental property!
