Andrew allowed me to stay in his wonderful apartment where me and my gf enjoyed our time. If I could I would've spent more time at this location. The location was private, quiet, near stores, and sits right by the water. I definitely encourage others to spend some time here if you are looking for a something private, a place where you can clear the mind.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

Steve and Dorry made sure all our needs were met including recommending places to eat and things to do. They are an incredibly kind couple who care about the people who rent their home. Everything was exactly as we expected! we had a beautiful view and the house was very comfortable!

We had an excellent stay at Brian’s home. The location couldn’t have been better and he provided a lot of recommendations for us. For us the garden areas were the key spots for spending time, there’s ample seating and it’s really peaceful despite being in such a central location. The house was very well equipped, Brian was really proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and very easy to communicate with. We were 3 adults and the house more than suited our needs. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Brian, we’d happily return!

The was the 2nd time we stayed at this location and it was really perfect for us. the house was comfortable, clean and within walking distance of any restaurant you'd want in Greenport. There were instructions around the house advising us on how to use everything. Also, checking out was a breeze. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

The house was in perfect area. Got to see deer, turkey and rabbits while sitting around pristine backyard and pool area. House was directly across from ferry system to Connecticut and adjacent town was perfect for restaurants and walking around. Would highly recommend this as a destination location and house. Look forward to returning

My husband, our two young boys and I had a wonderful stay at Diana’s place. The house was super clean and as pictured. My 3-year-old never wanted to leave the pool! The neighborhood was very quiet and three awesome beaches were within a 10-20 minute drive. Diana was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would love to stay again!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! We stayed for almost two weeks. The property is beautiful and puts you close to town of EH and Montauk. You are half hour or less away from Wolffer, Main Beach, Montauk, great shopping, amazing restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time riding bikes to the beautiful private beach and swimming in the heated pool. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our girls loved to hang out in the sunroom and play basketball in the backyard. Can’t say enough good things about Ellen and how great of a host she is. Highly Recommend!

Amy and Roger are super friendly, thought of so many little extras to make us feel at home. Having a working fireplace was a delight. We took short walks to the pond with our dog. And a 12 minute drive brings you to Main St. A few more minutes driving brings you to Cooper’s Beach.

What can I say .. this accommodation is absolutely amazing 😍 so peaceful, relaxing and just such amazing views and the house was incredible, everything is exactly how the photos looked , the pool was amazing, the house was so clean , the bbq was spotless, the fire pit was clean , everything was just amazing from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody ! John has been an incredible host and so kind and very helpful all week , welcomed me and my family with a beautiful gift basket on arrival to which shows how much he respects and thinks about his guests and even offered up a meal on him 1 of the nights ! Not much more to say apart from this place is 10/10 , the host is 10/10 ! Will definitely be back in the further without a doubt!

Prior to check in she provided a very detailed instructions and explanation about the house. The heated pool is absolutely the best. Abigail is a very experienced host. We had a girl's getaway weekend in Sag Harbor. Andrea's home was the perfect spot to stay. Each of the bedrooms had it's own full bathroom which made it nice for each of us to have - especially when we were getting ready to go out. Andreas provided us with fantastic information about restaurants, beaches and wineries. He helped us make the most out of our stay in Sag Harbor. I wouldn't hesitate staying at one of his properties again!

The house was terrific. Everything seemed new and clean, and the place was very comfortable. Location was very convenient for driving into Sag Harbor as well. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Michael was an amazing host - he was responsive, kind, gracious and incredibly helpful in getting our large group of girls comfortable in his home. He gave us a ton of great food recommendations and tips for things to do around town. The house (especially the yard) exceeded expectations and looked even better in real life than in the photos. We loved our experience here!

This place exceeded our expectations! It was a great rental for our kids and there was a lot of indoor and outdoor activities for them and they had a blast. It was a great place to stay!

Jerry was a great host. His house is well equipped and super clean. The back yard is outstanding, and the deck is perfect for barbecue and just to seat out at any time of the day or night. The location is perfect between Sag Harbor and Southampton, right by the water. I highly recommend Jerry’s place, and would definitely consider it again in the future!

What can I say? Andrew is a wonderful host and his beach house is an oasis of calm and beauty. If you are considering staying anywhere on the North Fork, look no further than this place. My daughters and I just had a wonderful time and are so sad to leave. Cheers Andrew!

Donald was an excellent host - he was super responsive, checked us into the house himself, and offered tons of recommendations of things to do for the weekend. The house was incredible and our group had so much fun - the pool, hot tub, outside deck and overall space was great. 10/10 stay!

I just really liked the house. It was very convenient and so close to all the places we needed to go. The bed was so comfortable. And the sheets so soft The house was decorated so nicely yet simple and the sea theme at the marina I would definitely plan to stay here again with all my family Kelly, the host was so responsive whenever I texted her
