The Look Out is a self contained loft above a detached garage, with private garden & parking, 1 mile outside Taynuilt. Enter via external stairs to hall with bathroom off & through to open plan living/dining/bedroom . High ceilings & large windows make it a bright, airy space with wonderful views. The super king sized bed can be made into 2 singles. Ideal for dog owners, outdoor enthusiasts, or if you want a quiet escape. All our guests love how well equipped, comfortable and cosy it is.

Our house is situated approx 1 mile from pretty village of Taynuilt and 12 miles from Oban. There are regular trains and buses to Oban. There are four shops and a tearoom in Taynuilt and the hotel has recently been refurbished and serves good quality food all day. We are situated on a Sustrans cycle route 6 miles from village of Kilchrenan. We have adopted an advanced cleaning programme as per Air bnb guidelines. Cleaning materials and antiseptic will be available for use during your stay.

We live on site in the section with the tower itself. Located for easy access to Ben Cruachan and many Munros, the Tower of Glenstrae is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the historic, visually stunning West coast of Scotland.
