"A magical place" ✨ Alois is a welcoming and caring host, very responsive and available before and during the stay. His place is very well arranged, tidy and clean, it fully matches the description of the listing. The photos made available on the construction of the chalets made us discover the progress of the work, the beauty and therefore the merit of the 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Bravo! We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

It was great staying in this home surrounded by nature! The house is very nice, minimal, but with a very welcoming atmosphere. In the house there is everything you need to spend days in peace! Elisa is a very helpful and kind host, she immediately puts you at ease and always has a tip to give you < 3 We can't wait to go back

We loved Danilo’s place! Perfect spot — amazing view, great restaurant next door & gelato too! We will definitely be back. A bit hard to find (GPS took us to another address) but we eventually found it. Thank you Danilo for being such a great host as well!

Nicola, the owner's son was very nice. He has always helped us with questions. We have two points that weren't quite great for us, that's the location on the one hand. The streets up to Segna are really hard to master for a big car and secondly the fireplace was broken on the first two days. This was already really cold at the end of September without any other heat source, but Nicola then quickly fixed it. Everything else is really great!

Authentically renovated Rustico house, where we felt very comfortable even on rainy days. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The house gets warm quickly with the wood stove and is very cozy. Hosts Sandro and Petra are extremely helpful. The location in Selma is centrally located in the valley and is a good starting point for hikes or family time on the river. We will be happy to come back.

The house and the view were amazing! The floor heating was off when we arrived and it took 3 days until it was back. Meanwhile we got a lot of fire wood and a discount. Alessio and Olena tried their best to accommodate our stay. Besides the heating issue, the place is amazing
