Great! The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with all comforts. Located next to the coastal tram and so the yellow coastline is easily accessible.

Super easy to find after a 20 minute walk from Antwerp central station. We arrived about 9.45 pm. but there was no problem to get in the appartement. The hosts live nearby so very relaxed. The flat is very well renovated and we felt like home. Great surrounding with beautiful restaurants and shopping. 100% worth it!

I stayed in a hostel the night before I stayed here, and after seeing Ionel’s place and the value, I wondered why I hadn’t stayed there longer. Not extravagant but cozy and comfortable in a quieter neighbourhood with easy transit. Would recommend. Thanks!

Great location within comfortable walking distance of city centre, and close to underground parking. Stairs within property are typical of local architecture, and a little bit tight with an extra large suitcase on arrival and departure but nothing we couldn’t manage. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were well furnished, roomy and nice to use. Would happily stay again on next visit, or in one of Romy & Travis’s other rooms if the family as not with us.

Great stay - super apartment that suited our family with 3 children. Helpful and responsive communication, parking easy to get on the street and public transport into Antwerp city was feasible. Highly recommend for short or longer term stays.

I stayed at the apartment for the second time and enjoyed it a lot. It is super close to the sea and the view from the front balcony is great. Fabienne was super nice and gave me some recommendations for art exhibitions. I hope to come back soon!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It's perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. The host provided clear and easy instructions for check-in, making our arrival seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

It was a very beautifully and modernly furnished apartment—clean and organized. Walking distance to the amazing surroundings of Ghent. Parking was just a 4-minute walk away, and all the instructions were very clear. Rudy was very responsive, and communication was very easy. I definitely recommend it.

Next door to metro and supermarket. 20 min walk to the grand square. The place is just like described with all the amenities. Yossif was friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this apartment, great value!

We were a group of 5 girls on a city trip to Bruges and Brussels. Bruges is about 20 minutes away, Blankenberge 10 minutes and Brussels about 1.20 hours by car. The parking spaces at our apartment were right outside the door and free of charge as we were there out of season in March. The ocean view is just beautiful and was worth choosing this apartment for that reason alone. Even if there was only one toilet, we could arrange it well. Right around the corner was a small shop where you could get everything you needed: fresh rolls, fruit and toiletries and more. The harbor was not noticed at all. The house itself is a bit older and accordingly it also smells in the hallway but in the apartment you didn't notice any of it. The elevator is quite an experience. All the information the host gave us was clearly understandable and we got into the building without any problems. We would come back :)

The apartment - in our case for six people - really keeps what it promises. The two-story apartment at the top of the house offers plenty of space, a large dining room, living room, three bedrooms and three balconies. Everyone will find a place if they want to have some peace and quiet. Large windows that go out to the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the beach promenade of Ostend: You are literally relieved of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and look at the wide world from above (elevator available!). We immediately felt at home. The apartment is also well equipped and our hosts have given us many nice excursion destinations in the area. A really great vacation for us.

As a starting point to explore and experience Antwerp perfectly! In addition, Steven is always available, very helpful and accommodating. 😊

We had a very nice time here. The name of the "sea sence" fits absolutely the ambiance of the apartment. Due to the wellness area and the fireplace, you can relax very well here, even if the weather just doesn't play along. The sea view is magnificent. We will definitely be back!

The cottage is even more lovely in real life than on the pictures!! We have very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was correct. The nice communication, it is super warm, beautiful and nicely decorated, top location and gives the optimal holiday vibes. It was our 1st first time in Zeeland and certainly not our last.
