Georgio is an excellent host. He came to us up when we got lost. While we were reaching the place, we had a very pleasant conversation with him and he recommended many places plus sent pictures and links for everything so Venice trip was a bliss. We forgot to buy sugar and asked him if there is some in apartment, he dropped it right away at the doorstep. The apartment is very cute just like in pictures and everything you need is just steps away, like bakery, plenty of restaurants, even a grocery store, waterbus stop. All in all, a very pleasant stay and absolutely beautiful place!!

Francesca and Davide's loft was warm and welcoming. Very clean and equipped in every detail. From the hair dryer to the extra blankets if we were cold, the hosts were very kind and very hospitable. The loft is conveniently located ten minutes from downtown with convenient (free) parking two minutes away. The suggestions of locals and the Christmas market were also perfect and very useful. In a word, perfect.

Alessandro was a perfect host. He was understanding about the arrival time and was very welcoming. He gave us an exceptional welcome. The apartment was very clean, it is functional and very well furnished. Alessandro gave us many practical recommendations to make the most of our stay. He checked in with us every day and made sure we had a good time. When we are passing by, we will stay at his place for sure. I highly recommend Alessandro as a host. This is an amazing space with view - just what you need to have a space to breath - views are insane. The loft is spotless and super cosy and hosts are super helpful and responsive. An easy and pictureresque drive to La Garda and Malescine with cable car to Monte Baldo.

Great stay, lovely quiet spot away from the main tourist centre. We were able to walk to all the key areas we wanted to visit within 30 minutes or you can use boat taxis. We took the public boat ride from the airport which takes around 1.5 hours but if you’re arriving in daylight hours it’s worth it as you get to see a lot of Venice and it’s reasonably priced. All in all a great stay and a great host.

Very nice apartment in a lovely town, the host was very responsive and welcoming. Gave us recommendations in the area and immediately took care of the problem we had. The place is exactly as pictured with a lot of space, convenient kitchen and great atmosphere. Recommend to all!

Christiano is great guy, the apartment was all you could dream about: clean, nice, cozy and close to everything. Also the parking spot which is around 3 minutes walk from the apartment is great. Highly recommend!

David‘s loft is a beatifully and tastfully renovated appartment with all the modern elements you like to get. A perfect base to explore the Arsenale & Biennale area. And highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Great apartment, very clean, equipped with everything you need (especially in the kitchen) and tastefully furnished. It seems recently renovated. Very comfortable beds. It's an attic, so located on the top floor.

The loft of my dreams! Francesco had an exceptional taste and attention in the creation of this apartment, studied in every detail, warm and comfortable. In addition, the welcome was magnificent, Francesco was very kind and friendly, he recommended many places to visit and restaurants and places to try and helped with a car problem. The house was clean and ready to welcome us, with something for breakfast and card games. It was great to discover all the details of the house, observe it, imagine how it was in the past and to fantasize about living there seriously. But my words will never be able to really describe this place, it's worth trying. Thank you very much Francesco for your hospitality, the experience in Ferrara was even more beautiful thanks to this wonderful loft.
