Highly recommended. The apartment was as described and the hosts very responsive. Note that if you like being barefoot indoors this may not be the place for you as the timber floors get dusty very quickly and there is no easy was to address this yourself, such as a vacuum cleaner. For visitors unfamiliar with water pressure issues in this part of the world (and other developing countries), there is a trade-off with pleasant views from how high an apartment is in a building (this one is on the sixth, of seven floors).

Carlos, and his home, were equally wonderful. Carlos was more than willing to respond and help when needed and the location of his place is second to none in Miraflores. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you Carlos!

This listing is in a great location and easy check in (clear instructions) . We didn’t use the amenities (pool, gym , etc) but the apartment itself was great. We needed extra bed sheets and the host was responsive and provided what was needed quickly. I highly recommend it.

The place is super quiet and private, I was able to do my activities comfortably. It has everything you need and is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was super practical to access and the host answered my questions quickly.

Great place right next to Larcromar Mall; the attractions in Miraflores and Barranco are only a short walk away. The highlight is the patio, but the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the sitting areas promote conviviality, so you’ll enjoy your stay. The two bedrooms are on separate levels, so it’s especially nice for two couples or friends who’d like privacy

This is what an Airbnb should be. They are above and beyond all of our expectations. Location is great, view is great, the check-in without keys is great and everything that you may need is there. Don't hesitate to book this place. It is totally worth it.

This was a great spot to crash after our trip to Machu Picchu! Would recommend. Had all the space we needed. Walter let us check in early to accommodate our flight.

The Hosts were amazing, super responsive and helpful at all times. Even accommodated a special request for late check-out. Elevator was broken or broke the day of arrival, hosts immediately reached out after check-in acknowledging deficiency, were apologetic and friendly. Their acknowledgement made all the difference. This is a lovely flat in a modern apartment block and on the same road there are many lovely restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The coast is 3 blocks away and it has lovely walks and great scenery. And Rodrigo is a great host - always attentive, great communication, and proactive. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The rooms are clean and hygienic and fully equipped with living facilities.There are also two rooms perfect for family stay. The host is also more welcoming and responds to their needs in a timely manner.The slight inconvenience is that there is no washing machine.Everything else is perfect, I will visit again next time.

The apartment was great ,close to the Malecón ,I really liked it very well worth it I really enjoyed the stay , I recommend you to spend vacation days!
