Cabin vacation rentals in Brazos

The house was GREAT! I will say the one issue is the open ceilings upstairs. Any activity upstairs or downstairs can be heard anywhere, except in the main bedroom downstairs. So there’s limited privacy. But overall the house was great, fully stocked with the listed items.

This was a beautiful home with a fenced yard. Huge projector was a plus and the potbelly stove was a favorite! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pagosa Springs.

We really enjoyed our visit to Colorado. The cabin was beautiful, but the cleaning crew dropped the ball. Our first indication, was the stool that was left floating in the toilet on the main floor. Huge dust bunnies under all the beds and scattered all around on the floors. The bear decorations and little decorative touches were all coated in dust. The fireplace down in the game room area where pool table was located did not work. The hot tube was great! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances you would need. They provided extra blankets and bedding. They furnished extra fans and heaters as well. The game room had plenty games and puzzles. They also had a Xbox you could use. There was a bookcase with books for reading. The surroundings were beautiful, it was quite and peaceful away from other cabins. The town provided plenty of things to do and see. The Wolfe Creek ski resort was only about 30-45 min drive from the cabin. Town was around 15 minutes from cabin. ❤️

Beautifully designed & comfortable space nestled amongst the pine & aspens. The outside hot tub area & real wood burning fireplace (you must provide your own wood) was our favorite! Parking up against the cabin (small incline, must back out) or parking out/in the roadside garage great options. Comfortable & clean bedrooms downstairs; upstairs doesn't have a bed; we appreciated the roll away provided!Within 15 miles from the town of Pagosa & The Hot Springs.

This home is a true home away from home! Has everything you could possibly need and is conveniently located to everything. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future.

We loved this house!! It was clean, lots of amenities, and felt so cozy! It was close enough to town that meals and activities were easy but far enough away that we enjoyed the scenery. We will be back!

My husband and I visited the property towards the end of the off season. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting, and we loved the amenities the property had to offer. Pagosa Springs is a reasonably short trip from this location, and there a few fun things to do in and around the town. We chose this location because of the privacy and its location in the mountains. The cabin is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a peaceful location in the mountains to add to their itinerary.

Our stay at the house was peaceful and very comfortable. The area is very quiet and the night sky is filled with thousands of stars to view. We were visited by the wild turkeys every morning and evening which was nice as well. The home is well stocked with everything that’s needed from the kitchen, restroom, and to the bedroom. Our hosts were also very responsive to any questions that we had for them. Hope to stay here again someday.

Sid's Place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The layout of the property is very nice. A true log cabin in the woods. Met our family's needs perfectly. Very close to town and the ski area. The only advice I would give is: If visiting in the winter make sure your rental car has snow tires. Ours did not and making it up the mountain was a bit difficult. Well worth it when we did make it up but it took a few tries.

Came to Pagosa Springs for Spring Break and this cabin was a highlight of the trip! We knew we found something special the moment we arrived at the property. It was private and serene. Deer were feeding on the large property. Our family enjoyed playing the various yard and board games. It was warm, but we still enjoyed the wood-burning stove early morning/late evening. Very comfortable accommodations - we had everything we needed! Danielle was great to work with - even offered a 10% military discount when I asked!

Our stay at Fox Den was excellent! Melissa, the host, was helpful, friendly, and answered the questions I had right away. She also provided some great local eating recommendations. The cabin itself was roomy and well equipped. We had all the amenities we needed. Each room has its own bathroom, which was well appreciated. The game room was a nice touch. The location of the cabin was the best feature. Very close to town and a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski. The views were beautiful and we loved watching the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend staying here!!

Our group of hunters had a great experience in Colorado. The cabin met all our expectations. We would certainly stay there again if we were to hunt in this area.

What an amazing place to stay! Ritchie the Ranch dog was such a wonderful tour guide when we first arrived. Our dog loved Ritchie as well! Amanda and her husband were such nice people, very responsive and helpful in getting us the grill and outside patio set up! We had such an amazing time, such a peaceful place. We will definitely be back!

We had a blast. Joe was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the surrounding, you can sit outside and hear the river. We were blessed with snow, home was easy to manage. All and all 10/10

This place was just as described! Michelle's proactive suggestion on her listing about providing a meal was excellent and needed. The food was delicious! The wood burner felt homey to us country kids. We loved having a hot drink bar on a cold winter's night. Will 100% stay again if in the area.

What a great little place to stay, on the river, between Taos and Santa Fe. The cabin is really comfortable, and updated with great views and a cool New Mexico vibe. The bed was very comfortable and has nice luxurious bedding. The local cider and silent stargazing on the patio, was the perfect way to end my day. The hostess communicates quickly, and gave great advice about local hikes and restaurants. I will definitely come back in the summer.

The Location is spectacular for Hunting Unit 51 (A&B)! the architecture is amazing. For us this house was great. This is the first time I have rented a house for hunting. I loved this experience over tent, trailer, or RV camping. One note: If you are looking for a perfect, spotless, Air BnB only, kind of rental this is not the place for you. This is a well lived in house that has lots of very minor nit-noid issues.

We had an amazing spring break as a family. Meals on the deck, we figured it out without patio furniture though. Make shift. My boyfriend was a little upset the lounger chair wasn’t there like shown in picture but he will live. Thank you for a good stay!

Would definitely stay here again! Cute homey cabin with all the amenities I like to have when traveling. Just close enough to Pagosa for convenience, just far enough for that out of town feeling. I'd even misplaced my wallet there and the housekeeper found it for me, was able to retrieve it the next day, property manager is nice and communicative. All around positive experience. A little bit of noise from the road if you're sensitive to that but considering the location that is to be expected.

Roberta and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect with sweeping views of the river valley and Stone Lake. Heron lake is right down the road too. We took an afternoon to visit Chama which was lovely. Our fussy dog was happy too! Highly recommended!

Very nice getaway! The only sounds was the creek flowing. Great walking/hiking right from the cabin. The cabin is not in town but the drive to and from was enjoyable and the scenery beautiful. The host was excellent at responding to any questions. She even went out of her way to help with internet connectivity speed which we already knew might be a problem before we got there. (She was days away from having much faster speeds which I’m sure is there by now.) I was amazed at all the spices, oils, etc. that were stocked in the kitchen. I had brought these with me, so know you don’t need to.
