Vacation rentals with a patio in Bras d'Or Lake

The home was a lot more than we expected. The pictures really do not do it justice. Roomy and clean and in an excellent location that is pretty close to everything in Sydney that you might want to do or see.

Safe Haven was very well appointed with everything you could need and more. The host is very thoughtful, providing many sweet touches: several types of coffee, chocolates, snacks, basic groceries and a very nice personalized welcome note! Everything is labelled and easy to find. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Earl’s loft was very quaint. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the view. We did have a small issue with the heat but it was easily remedied. Our hosts were great and even left a thoughtful gift for us.

The plane was spacious and was a great location for getting supplies while staying there. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to prepare meals.

The cottage was perfectly cozy and lovely in every way. It was in the perfect location for us to explore the Cabot Trail and all of its offerings. The host was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely return again.

Very clean and modern house with everything needed, down to needle and thread. Beds are very comfy, bedrooms spacious. Butter, cooking oil and condiments included, which makes cooking a lot easier when you’re travelling. Highly recommended!

Riley is a fantastic host. He went above and above to assist us. Our vehicle broke down en route to AirBnB.I tried everything, but I was unable to get any assistance.Our Airbnb host Riley arrived to assist as soon as he received our message. In addition to calling a cab for us, he made two trips to ensure our safe arrival to Lavender House. He kept in contact with us to see if we needed anything during our visit. House was just beautiful with all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. Just want to wish all the luck to the host for future ventures.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Internet was great. Heating and lighting worked well. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We were able to snowmobile from the cabin to the groomed trails. Access trails included a short run down the shoulder on East Intervale Road. Normal access to the trails through #805 was not possible due to trail closure caused by downed trees. For snowmobilers there is limited truck trailer parking at the cabins (approx. 60 feet - single row). Owners were very helpful to see our stay was enjoyable.
