We had a fantastic time with two families in this beautiful house! It is decorated with great taste, from the stylish interior to the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bedding. The house was very clean, although we did encounter a cobweb here and there, what you can expect in an atmospheric, old renovated bergerie. The location is top: a bakery and supermarket are nearby, but to explore the beautiful surrounding villages, a car is convenient. We would come back again in a minute!

If you’re undecided about booking this place or comparing options, don’t hesitate—YOU MUST BOOK THIS HOUSE! Our family of 8 had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Cucuron. The house is absolutely gorgeous, fully equipped, and offers privacy along with stunning countryside views, all just a five-minute walk from town. Cucuron is charming and walkable, with plenty of fantastic restaurants. Plus, it’s centrally located for easy day trips to other Provencal towns like Cassis, Sur-la-Sorgue, Apt, St-Rémy, Gordes, Verdon Gorge, etc. One of the highlights of our stay was Christel, the house manager, who provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining. She helped us secure reservations at restaurants that only accepted phone bookings and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Christel is also a fantastic chef—having her prepare a private meal for us one night was an absolute highlight! Thank you, Dominique and Christel, for making our trip unforgettable!

We had overall extremely great experience. The house as well as the territory outside were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy. Air-conditioning was very efficient. TVs are in the main room and master bedroom. Toilets on both floors. All windows have external blinders. In the kitchen there was a plenty of kitchenware. Bir refrigerator, good induction stove, coffee maker, microwave, all is there and more. Outside territory is really beautiful: cosy terrace, pool, grass, flowers. Possible to make a barbeque. The host is responsive, proactive and very nice. Check-in and check-out were flexible. As it is host's home, be prepared to take some care of flowers (I enjoyed it) and surely garbage. The location is quiet and pleasant. 15 min by car to the closest beach. As we hadn't used public transport, I cannot say anything regarding it. Can only recommend this place. We had a wonderful vacation.

Very good stay, the apartment in a good location, easy to find. Well decorated and well appointed, you lack nothing! The views are beautiful. Anne Marie is very welcoming and accommodating. Responds to questions quickly. Our stay in February - note that the first snows only a 40 min drive away, and the village is well deserted at this time - ideal for what is looking for absolute calm:)

Very good stay at Hilda's, we thoroughly enjoyed the super large and well-maintained pool. No worries about sharing with her son, schedules are flexible, Hilda is really attentive to tenants. The apartment is redone and well decorated. I recommend superb small village. Will be back
