We were already here for the second time. Perfect for a family reunion.

We really enjoyed the stay. The place is well maintained and very comfortable. We were two adults, one baby and one dog. In terms of space, it was a very good fit. We particularly liked the sauna and that there are a few games and toys.

We felt very comfortable in the house from the beginning. Everything is very comfortably furnished and the fireplace is just great. The on-site support is very nice, attentive and very loving.

Beautiful house in a quiet location, ideal to get away from it all for a few days. Everything was in very good condition and as described/pictured and the communication was very pleasant.

The cottage is brand new. It felt like home, everything was clean and stocked with high quality furniture. The host is very nice and responded super quickly to questions. Check-in was very easy and problem-free

We stayed in March 2025 for 3 nights in the suburbs and it was fantastic. Despite the "main road" location (it was less busy than some dead ends), it was quiet and idyllic. The neighbors were very friendly, the baker right around the corner and Lake Dümmer 10 min. by car. The furnishings are traditionally and quaintly selected to match the house. The two gardens were also a dream and we will miss them the most. Thank you for everything.

The kitchen was super equipped. Changing table, high chair and travel cot were available for the young children. The bunk bed is in the children's room and is less suitable for large adults. However, there are also houses with normal beds instead of the bunk beds, which we did not know before.

Thanks to the detailed information about the apartment and the We had a great check in and were able to fully enjoy our time. Our host answered all our questions very quickly. The description and photos correspond and we didn't miss anything. The location was great - just a few steps from rehab and about 5-10 Minutes walking from downtown. We were even greeted with a chocolate Santa Claus at Christmas. If we visit Bad Essen again, we will definitely choose this apartment again!

We were very pleased with our stay. The accommodation was very nice and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. You could make beautiful walks at Dümmer See.

We had booked a 4 day stay and wanted to celebrate Christmas with the family near the place. But then everything came up differently. Thanks to Heike's flexibility and understanding, we were allowed to spend a relaxing time in the beautiful apartment (furnished with a lot of love, for every little detail). We needed a place to stop over on our roadtrip and Tanja’s house was perfect. It was spacious and clean, plus all the rooms had room darkening shades which was perfect for helping our three kids sleep well in spite of the summer daylight. The kitchen was adequately equipped and the washer and dryer was helpful. Overall a great stay!

We stayed with 8 ladies in this beautiful place and were already warmly welcomed upon arrival. The contact before, during and after the stay was very straightforward and likeable.
