Super nice house and nice quiet location to relax and come down! We felt right at home and were totally impressed by the accommodation. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakers and a small beach bar in the vicinity and total idyll. Many beautiful hiking routes from the property even without a car. The house was super equipped and totally well coordinated. Every corner of the house invited you to relax. Felix and Holger were friendly, uncomplicated and quickly accessible. We definitely recommend it! Not unlikely that we will come again:)

Nice house in a quiet location, ideal to get away from everyday life for a few days. Everything was in very good condition and as described/pictured and the communication was very pleasant.

We stayed one night with a school group in Norbert's wooden house. We felt super comfortable and the conditions were perfect! The house is cozy and in a very well maintained condition. Norbert and his wife were really nice and also the animals on the farm gave us and our students joy. We will be happy to come back!

The cottage is brand new. It felt like home, everything was clean and stocked with high quality furniture. The host is very nice and responded super quickly to questions. Check-in was very easy and problem-free

We booked this place for my mother's 60th birthday and found a beautiful, private and quiet house with a large garden. It was super equipped, ideal for larger groups and also communication with the hostess was quick and smooth. We will be happy to come back! *****

We stayed in March 2025 for 3 nights in the suburbs and it was fantastic. Despite the "main road" location (it was less busy than some dead ends), it was quiet and idyllic. The neighbors were very friendly, the baker right around the corner and Lake Dümmer 10 min. by car. The furnishings are traditionally and quaintly selected to match the house. The two gardens were also a dream and we will miss them the most. Thank you for everything.

A spotless and very comfortable place to stay. There is everything you need. Kitchen is super equipped. There is a large garden where you can spend time well. The only thing that confused us at first is that there is only one electric grill. But that wasn't an issue in the end.

Thanks to the detailed information about the apartment and the check-in, we had a great stay and were able to fully enjoy our time. Our host answered all our questions very quickly. The description and photos match and we didn't miss anything. The location was great - just a few steps from the rehab and about 5-10 minutes' walk to downtown. We were even greeted at Christmas time with a chocolate Santa Claus. If we visit Bad Essen again, we will definitely choose this apartment again!

We were very pleased with our stay. The accommodation was very nice and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. You could make beautiful walks at Dümmer See.

We had booked a 4-day stay and wanted to celebrate Christmas with the family near the accommodation. But then everything changed. Thanks to Heike's flexibility and understanding, we were able to spend a relaxing time in the beautiful apartment (decorated with a lot of love, for every little detail). What a wonderful weekend we had, Sina's parents, Erika and Helmut, are very welcoming, helpful and cozy. Reception with "kaffee und Kuchen", every day the cozy tile fireplace was lit for us, homemade liqueur, fresh eggs on arrival.... Accommodation is complete and clean. Hereditary Willi greets you kindly. Lovely garden to relax in. Surroundings are beautiful, varied forests and peat areas nearby, lots of wildlife and birds spotted, beautiful walks made with our dog. Recommended !!

It was just super nice. I rarely felt right at home on a vacation. The accommodation was nice, clean and everything you need from the bottle opener to coffee filter everything was there. In the "children's room" we had to improvise something with the curtains because our children sleep dark at home but with all the amenities we were allowed to experience there, we just exchanged the rooms within the apartment. One of the best vacations for us. Michaela and Markus are great hosts and have an open ear at all times. We will come more often for sure. Our daughter Anni didn't want to get away from all the great horses that were so sweet and Michaela who was very empathetic to Anni. We're looking forward to seeing you again. Rarely seen such a cozy vacation rental. We felt right at home, the apartment is furnished with a lot of love, there was nothing missing, on the contrary, it was first class equipped. Perfect with dog the beautiful garden on the cozy terrace. It was a very nice time there.

A beautiful place to stay!

We had a very nice and quiet stay at Tina's Tiny House. We came from Cologne and just wanted to spend a few nice days out of town in a small cozy place - and that's exactly what we could do here. In addition, there were a few great, sunny walks with a fresh wild garlic harvest.

Bastian and his wife were helpful, likeable and hospitable. We had a lovely time, thank you very much!

Beautiful, modern, stylish and also practically thought out apartment with all the comforts, access to the garden in a very nice, quiet residential area. Communication via the platform was quick and cheerful, even though we couldn't meet the hosts in person for the short one-night stay. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was as pictured, it was clean and everything worked out. Parking was available, the area is very safe. If you stay longer, consider that there is no freezer

I requested terribly spontaneously and yet Eva responded within a very short time and responded to all my questions. On site, I was welcomed super warmly, provided with everything and felt well taken care of. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay at such short notice and making it so pleasant.

My already third stay in this beautiful, modern and extremely welcoming tiny house was again an absolute highlight. As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a pleasant smell, which immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. The cottage really offers everything you could want for a comfortable stay – nothing is missing. Every visit here is an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to my fourth stay, which I will enjoy to the fullest.
