Bumblebrook farm, Jo and Andy’s place was amazing. Had a fantastic 2 nights there The views, accommodation, surroundings and animals, especially the highland cows with a 1 day old baby was fabulous. So peaceful. The pub and cafe 10 minutes down the road were also great for dinner, breakfast and lunch. Just a short drive down to Bega, Tatura, Merimbula and Eden. Would highly recommend and would certainly return if down that was again. Thanks Jo & Andy Mark & Judy

Stunning location, beautiful view, amazing house super clean and spacious. You could simple find anything you need in the house. Super helpful host, it was so warm and sweet moments when we saw the fire pit already burning when we just arrived in very cold evening. Very much appreciated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lakehouse for 7 nights with our extended family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—close enough to duck into town yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet on the lake with private access. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the little touches like fresh coffee beans, local wine and snacks. Highly recommend 🥳

Alexandra was an amazing and responsive host. She gave some excellent recommendations on things to do and eat around the area and always responded within a few minutes. The cabin itself was perfectly cosy and kept very clean. It was very comfortable and made us feel at home straight away!

i highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay again! the location is perfect, with peaceful views of the lake. the apartment was super clean and had everything I needed. I loved that there was a covered car park. the instructions/messages from Renata were clear and easy and check in/check out was so smooth. love this place! thank you Renata!

Really enjoyed my stay, beautiful view of the lake. Room was quiet, didnt hear any neighbours. Loved it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Had everything we needed. Great communication with Renata. Easy process to access the apartment. Great location.

Our family of four had an amazing stay. Kookaburra cottage was exactly what we needed; private, quiet, perfect views of the lake. It was warm and welcoming-home away from home. Gordon and his family were kind enough to show us their farm and introduce us to the many animals they look after including cows, sheep, deer, horses, peacocks and their lovely dogs Harley and Odin. This place is absolutely beautful and everything about our stay, from check in to checkout was perfect. We will definitely come back again.

House was comfortable and had all the key appliances. Plenty of seating for a large group and hot water never ran out even with lots of consecutive showers. Room heaters were helpful and fireplace to dry snow gear was handy. Only issue was the internet was down during our stay but Robyn did inform us ahead of time of this. Overall a nice stay.

Host was really great, we were able to checkin a little bit early which was great after a long road trip, house was very immaculate, nice and tidy Plenty of room for my family of 6 would definitely stay here again

What a gem of a place. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and relaxing. Love just watching all the different animals. Close to anything you would need. Gordon is a great host and we have already plans to return.
