Apartment vacation rentals in Bradley County

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

We will definitely stay at this home again! Our stay was wonderful…from the peaceful property, to the comfortable bed, and snacks that were waiting for us!

The location is great. We needed a place to stay for the weekend for a local pickleball tournament. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We will definitely stay again if we are up in the area.

I got lost on my way in, but Bridgette returned my call right away and stayed on the phone with me until I found the right place. She was so friendly and helpful.

The place was a lovely place to stay, close to everything in Cleveland, and very relaxing. Great for one or two people, with one very big bed. The combined kitchen and living space is very nice to use. The Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest, but I made due while working from home; definitely adequate for general usage, and the provided smart TV streamed well and didn't buffer. My family of 3 had a great stay at Cynthia's duplex. It's located in a good location, close to their downtown restaurants and shops. The amenities that were provided was some of the best we've seen compared to the several other rental's we've stayed in the past. Would definitely book again if we needed a stay in Cleveland, TN. Thanks for everything!

We booked #97 but Shannon offered #93 instead, which was the end unit, and newly renovated. It's a beautiful place, cozy and welcoming. Thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed (except for dish soap and coffee cups, which Shannon discovered had most likely been stolen, in bad form, by previous guests.) Squishy, tall bed with a ceiling fan above, which was greatly appreciated and made for comfortable sleeping conditions. Extra throw pillows were smartly placed in each room. Adequate window coverings for privacy. We were able to log in to our personal accounts on the smart TV to catch up with our shows. The a/c kept the place at a nice temp, no trouble. Good lighting with lamps just where we needed them. Shannon was very good at communicating just the right amount throughout our stay. We were very happy with our visit to Shannon's place in Cleveland, TN, and would not hesitate to book there again if we return to the area in the future.

i have stayed here several times and specifically this room. Each time has been better than the last and I have yet to be disappointed. I will say the only complaint I have and I’m not sure if it’s a complaint but there were a lot more kids running and playing by the room banging into the walls with their bikes and toys but they are children. Sharon runs a great establishment and he has been very easy to work with and communicates extremely well.

A great stay! And right around the block from everything!

Clean & convenient location. During our stay Bridgette checked in with me to ensure our check in went well & after that initial tap, a few more taps to express if anything was needed to please reach out. Although we didn't need anything, I'm quite sure that if I had needed anything that she would have quickly responded to a request with resolve. Tip if you stay - I would recommend using a noise canceling device of some sort because of the heavily traveled road this unit sits upon. Traffic doesn't let up until well after 11pm. Luckily I take a device everywhere I go so it wasn't a problem for me. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

Great space! My friend and I loved the fun vibes and comfort that it provided. The host was great, and there were a lot of little things that did not go unnoticed (keurig pods, mints, and water bottles available). She clearly went out of her way to create a positive experience. My favorite part of the stay, however, was the outdoor room! It was so relaxing and the perfect space to hang out.

Our stay was cozy and peaceful. Five minutes from anything you need. Easy parking, easy insurance. Very friendly host, much more than I was expecting as far as square footage. Comfortable and everything we needed! I would love to stay again.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Tim and Paulina's place. Both hosts were welcoming and accommodating. They gave worthwhile recommendations about the city. Moreover, It is a studio apartment with a beautifully maintained private backyard offering amazing scenic mountain and city views. The place was super clean with everything you need for a stay. They also have two friendly dogs! Our overall stay was very nice. Recommended for a peaceful stay!

Kendie is an amazing hostess. This home is spacious, peaceful and sacred. I felt at home the minute we walked in. It's close to Chattanooga and a short drive to great hiking spots. You won't want to leave once you arrive. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.

This location was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The perfect location for a couples retreat. It was clean with a spacious shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to leave in the mornings. All in all, it was a great experience.

Great place to stay near downtown and Lee University. Walkable to events at Lee and restaurants in downtown. The cafe is also nice and a great breakfast. Tim was quick to respond and helpful.
