Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Braddon

The flat was lovely with large balconies front and back, and fine views in each direction. It was extremely clean, with new, high-quality equipment. There were useful supplies of basic food left for us. It has a quiet leafy location, an easy walk to the centre of town or to bushland on Mount Ainslie

The location, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry were all very good. I didn't do much cooking (visiting relatives every day) but I did appreciate the washer, dryer, and good supply of detergent.

Daniel’s place was perfect for our first visit to Canberra. Safe, secure, peaceful. So easy to visit local restaurants and cafes in Acton, Civic and close by. Stylish, neat apartment, with everything to make our time in Canberra comfortable. Close to galleries, the lake, museums. Daniel is great to communicate with.

A very comfortable apartment with a range of provisions including a coffee grinder, beans and a plunger. Great having access to cable TV.

Very clean place with a great view. Access to parking made it very helpful during our stay, as well as being very close to shops and restaurants. Ugo and Tee are very friendly and very responsive which made our trip much better. Such a beautiful place, I was sad when I had to check out, would definitely go back.

Had a lovely stay here for about 4 weeks while on work placement nearby. Lovely and quiet, heaps of amenities. Made use of the pool/sauna/spa many times. Will gladly come back if I'm ever working in the area again.

My husband, Mike and I have stayed at several Airbnb locations in and around Woden Mall/Philip/Lyons, where we formerly resided when we lived in Canberra (1989/90-2023). Philip and Jeannie's property, the Lyons apartment is far and ahead the best. Thoughtful inclusions were welcome, like tissues, snacks, charging cables in the bedroom, and a few welcome items in the frig too. Many thanks! Welcome and helpful communication made our stay easy and stressful. Thanks, Chris and Mike are planning to return in the future; if your lovely apartment is available again during our frequent returns to Canberra. Your property will be our first choice!

The house was a great place to stay, air-conditioning in every room which mas magnificent! The kitchen had everything we needed and the out door area with table and BBQ was a great area to have a chat then cook and eat tea. Using Ainslie's house as our base made our stay in Canberra all the better! Thanks so much.

Melissa place felt like a home away from home. She had the same coffee machine us as , hence the comment. Great flooring for fur babies, no carpet. Definitely would use her place again if we come back to the ACT

Fantastic location - walking distance to CBD and cafes of Braddon. Clean and spacious. we were greeted with flowers and wine and lots of goodies in the fridge. Kitchen was fully kitted out, beds were comfortable and air conditioning kept us at a perfect temp in the Canberra heat Everything we needed for a great visit to Canberra

It was such an amazing place to stay. Ella and Laurence were responsive and understanding of everything. This accommodation was amazing peaceful and so much fun, it is far enough to busy areas, but a quick drive / uber to the CBD and varies bars and restaurants. I could not recommend this accommodation enough for anyone staying in Canberra and Ella and Laurence were such a pleasure.

Nice and clean place- perfect for family. Attractions are close by drive. Lots of spare supplies which was great to have access too. Well kept and maintained.

The place is great, and Sadeepa was an excellent host. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and there’s heaps available within a short walk.

The instructions to enter the Airbnb were perfect! Location was great for our requirements of Canberra. Description matched the place and allowed for our stay to be stress free! If up that way again, will definitely revisit this Airbnb!

Great location and close to everything with perfect views and spacious living areas. 2 x bed rooms and 2 x bathrooms were great! and an EV charging station in car bay made it perfect to charge car at night. Host was great to deal with and created easy to use instructions for everything. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Canberra.

What a lovely apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean and a pleasure to stay. We had a large car so couldn't park in the underground parking but that wasn't too much of an issue. Great location near all of the cafe's and restaurants and of course the lovely lake.

Ashley was responsive and helpful, and I he place was convenient and well-appointed. Exactly what I was looking for, and exactly as described. Very easy to recommend.
