Villa vacation rentals in Bracciano

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

The location is great, the house is really good! It’s not completely private, the property manager lives in the basement, but he was very discreet and helpful, whenever we needed anything he was quick to make our stay comfortable. Can definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time in Rome and loved Asia's villa

We had lovely 8 days in Fregene with 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers). The house is very well equipped and has enough space for 8 people. The kitchen and the large dining table in the basement is perfect for cozy cooking and game evenings. Unfortunately, sitting outside on the beautiful terrace was not possible because of the many mosquitoes. From Fregene we took the cars 10 minutes to the train station to Maccarese. From there, there is a train to Rome every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach of Fregene because nothing was open at the end of October. We made a trip to Tivoli, which is highly recommended. Alessandro and his parents are great hosts - responsive, helpful and very personable.

The house and especially the garden were a paradise for our small group of travelers, consisting of two families with a total of 5 children. Great pool, really big so even head jumps were possible. Brilliant football field, beautiful retreats and the central campfire site. Excursions in front of you in a fantastic environment. Thanks very much for the restaurant tips too!

We had a wonderful time - Luca is a very gracious and friendly host who responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The pool and perfect location to the beach was a great success for my children! I highly recommend this villa :)

Impeccable experience, super equipped house was not missing anything, even the chamomile, ideal for those who want to spend a period of relaxation without any thought with an enchanting lake view, if you could assign more stars I would do it. Francesco as a Host was super helpful even more than he should. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

The finishing of the apartment is stunning. This place anyone would be lucky to stay at. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again!

Fantastic nice accommodation, we were a group of friends of 10, everyone had their own room. Clean and fresh. Close to shop, slightly further to the beach. Was close to trains that took us into Rome. Nice living spaces. The pool was perfect, the grill we tested too. There was everything you could wish for. Nice host, responded quickly to questions if we had any questions. Helpful.

Great place and great hosts. Highly recommended

Villa Montecasciano, in the Noccioli surroundings is a fantastic location. The Villa itself is large, with abundant space, a lot of natural light, with a rustic feel and a countryside environment that feels extremely private, secluded and safe. The building itself is old but well maintained. The bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refurbish, but otherwise everything functions well and serves it's purpose. The Villa provides ample space for relaxation, and enjoying the natural surroundings, surrounded by gardens, olive and nut trees. The shared pool is a total gem - open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 in the summer season, kept immaculately clean, and provides a great environment for relaxation and fun for both adults and children. The atmosphere is serene, tranquil and friendly. We had a great time staying at the villa as 2 families with 3 kids and felt welcome, safe and in a great environment to have the perfect mix of relaxation and family time.

We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa with a group of six friends. Matteo and his family are very accommodating and friendly. If you have any questions, we always got an answer very quickly. Check-in went great and we also got recommendations for our vacation. Especially Matteo's parents, who live right next door, are very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our Christmas and New Year week at this place. We were a company of 4 adults and 4 children and the villa fully matched our expectations. The layout of the house is really comfortable and provides enough space for privacy and at the same time for spending time together, like the room with the fireplace. The territory is green and has everything to relax: swimming-pool, table tennis, places for playing with the ball and BBQ. It is also within a short drive from Rome historical center- Piazza Cavour, which has a convenient underground parking from where it is possible to explore Rome. Flavia and Giuseppe are always in touch if needed and the communication is easy.
