Super cute duplex! Wonderfully decorated, super clean, and perfect for our stay. The shower head in the detached bathroom was amazing (my husband wants to buy one for our house 😂). Outdoor area was lovely (but we didn’t get to use it due to the weather). Host was very responsive and kind. Instructions were totally clear, access was easy. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

For my two night stay and all actuality I stayed one night because I ended up not staying the second night. It was cold and rainy so my granddaughter and I did not get to enjoy the outdoor firepit, bbq and nature. Which I was looking forward to. Although I’m glad my brother ended up not going with me with his two sweet Doberman. Oscar’s place would have been too small for all of us. All in all I would stay there again.

Of all the vacation homes my family has stayed in over the last two decades, Anne's home is one of only two that I would stay at again. Very comfortable, very relaxing. I think the lack of clutter was refreshing. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for us! We came to the area to pick our daughter up from her USAF training at Sheppard AFB and the location was great. The place was top notch, decorated nicely without being too much. We would love to stay again if in the area!

We loved staying at Ned's place! It was very peaceful and met our needs well. The full kitchen especially was nice to have. It was rainy during our stay, but the outdoor areas were beautiful and looked like a great place to walk around. The bed was definitely smaller than we expected, but that was a minor issue. It was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. The home is exactly as described. Super cute and close by everywhere we needed to go. It was also so nice to sit on the porch and relax in the evening. Ann was easy to communicate with and made our stay so comfortable with little extras like plenty of coffee, teas, a snack basket and even fresh fruit. This was so appreciated. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Wichita Falls.

What you see in the photos is exactly how it looks - clean, pristine, and comfy! We truly enjoyed our stay here and the host was very responsive & proactive in communication. Check-in and Check-out process was simple with clear directions. We definitely want to stay here again!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Great hot tub. Great everything I really enjoyed it. We will stay here again. Great place for the wife and kids close to Rocker B baseball fields. close to the restaurants in Gradford. Next time I’ll bring a Keurig coffee pods. Loved it for rockerB baseball tournaments

The resort was AMAZING!! The host was very responsive via text message, and very helpful as well. We booked a bubble dome but they were damaged in a storm so they moved us to a yurt. It worked out great. Comfy furnishings, and a hot tub under the stars. We will definitely visit again just to get away

LOVED this space! I’ve stayed at a handful of air bnbs and this one was by far my favorite. Easy access to the space, secluded, and equip with everything you need! Everything was comfortable and there was even a secluded fenced off space to let the dog out, which was a bonus for us. Would gladly stay here again

This was an amazing house! Fit 14 of us comfortably in the common area and bedrooms. The views alone were stunning. It did rain for most of our trip but the house was utilized the most. The lake views and mountains were peaceful. Lots of commodities were provided by the house such as cookware. Would definitely stay here again.
