Very good stay for 6 for the end of the year, spacious and pleasant accommodation with fireplace. Very friendly host and always available when needed. We recommend it!

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

A big thank you Hélène! We came with 15 people as part of a running class and everything was perfect! The surrounding area has given way to beautiful running trips in the forest, and even in an old quarry, a delight! The place was perfect, very warm, everyone felt at home there. Hélène was very available before during and after the stay. We were able to taste fresh fruits and vegetables thanks to the organic vegetable garden it was a huge plus. A big thank you it was a great weekend! We'll be back

the house is very close to the RER, walking to the polytechnic school was easy (steps at it is up). the house is highly functional, bedrooms are great, the location is very calm et safe. Helen was very helpful and always available to answer our questions.

This very nice place feels good inside, all nearby whether it's household appliances or even for the kitchen. Comfort is there for the unlicensed, there is transportation nearby for bank and other convenience stores. Everything is nearby also very quiet and appreciable

Both Thibaut and his place exceeded expectations. A lovely Airbnb that was well stocked and delivered more than it promised. We had a wonderful, quiet, relaxing stay, with a short drive to access lots of climbing in the forest. Thibaut was an excellent host and was quick to accommodate our travel plans. We would recommend it to anyone.

There were 7 of us for this listing: it's perfect! Spacious as possible with a pleasant exterior. It's really perfect for a vacation or a little time with friends. We are also very close to the castle of Nainville-les-Roches and it is absolutely perfect for a group of friends who want to sleep and spend time together. The location is lucky to have a few spaces to park in front. The place is quiet and communication was very effective so we got the keys a little early. Perfect!
