3-night stay for 12 people for the new year. The space has been a great fit for expectations. Fully equipped as at home and located in a peaceful place, close to the center of Sucé-sur-Erdre (5min drive). The activities present (billiards, foosball, tennis court and pétanque) were a significant plus that allowed us to have a great New Year's Eve. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation, well maintained. The castle of the Dukes of Brittany is a 25-minute drive away. Le Puy du Fou is 50 minutes - 1 hour away.

We had a great time with the family at Emeline's. The house is very pleasant to stay in, the decoration is neat down to the details. The bay windows provide plenty of light and allow you to see the river and the birds! I'm already thinking about coming back for a weekend.

Very friendly owners, They accepted our dog, we are very grateful for that. Very clean accommodation, no complaints. A small gift basket and a binder on arrival, with all the activities and restaurants listed. Accommodation located a 2-minute walk to a small supermarket and bakery and a 5-minute drive to a supermarket. The owners remain very attentive if needed. We had a lovely stay. Very cool welcome, Patricia waited for us to show us around and give us the keys in person. Very well located accommodation, about 40 minutes from Nantes and the airport. Very quiet and pleasant small town. Patricia's place is ideally located in a quiet and very accessible area. Parking in front of the property. The house has a nice little garden, the interior is good, pleasant bedding, reversible air conditioning. 2 kitchenette type water points at the top and bottom. There is also the personal touch of Patricia and her husband with the various metal paintings and sculptures. Thank you for this trip!

Maxime's apartment is particularly nice. The interior is well laid out and very cozy. The neighborhood is green and quiet, the bus (direct to the city center as well as the train station) is a stone's throw away. Maxime is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this listing!
