Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation, well cared for. The castle of the Dukes of Brittany is a 25-minute drive away. Le Puy du Fou is 50 minutes -1h.

Our stay at Maxime's went very well. It was possible for us to take possession of the listing before the time indicated on the house rules, which is always nice. The apartment perfectly matches its description: clean, tidy, pleasant to live in, very quiet. We were able to leave our vehicle on site and only circulate by bike, the apartment being only 10" from the center of Nantes, passing through the beautiful walk of the Val de Chezine and the beautiful Parc de Procé, with in addition bike paths accessible most of the time. We warmly recommend, Maxime who is a friendly and very welcoming host.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, warm, quiet. The main thing is in the kitchen. The equipment is of high quality. Antoine is very responsive to the requests I've been able to make. I recommend without worries.

Original place nice decor. The problem at the moment is the work on the street and therefore the parking no private parking and the top floor that squeaks above the room beyond your control otherwise nothing to complain about we risk coming back
