great retreat house for a group of people,. everything you need is there. nearby beautiful paths to walk among river. great and helpful host.

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

If you are looking for a cosy bungalow to discover the Rila mountains, this is it! The house is clean and comfortable. Itis definitly basic and simple but has everything you need and the inside is actually bigger and nicer than what seems on the pictures (in my opinion). The outside area is what makes it stand out, the garden is lovely and private. The house is located in the sleepy town of Govedartsi, so you hear/see the occasional cow, car, barking dog and sheperd passing by but it is still quiet. The town is ideal if you like to hike, we did 3 hikes within 15-60 min by car. Grandma Maria lives next door and does not speak English but she is very welcoming and friendly, with hand gestures we were able to communicate! We don’t have kids or pets.

Old-style big house, with magic atmosphere. Equipped with modern devices. The filling was like at warm home where you stay complete alone. The wonderful surplice was the piano! During the stay the stove stopped working, and the host brought the replacement stove on the next day. It was very special stay, thank you Stefan!

Excellent location, relaxing, and peaceful nature. Houses plenty big for my family of eight enjoy our stay and will visit again.

The place was well described and well priced. It slept 9 people fine, but a maybe a lack of privacy for that many people. Little bit of TLC to the place wouldn't hurt, but it was very livable and enjoyable. Vasil is a great host, would recommend staying.

We were a hen group of 15 and it was brilliant. So lovely to have the kitchen and the big dining table for dinners and drinks. And enough beds for everyone. We had a great time and Michail was super flexible and responsive. The walk into town is 10 mins uphill but you can hire storage in ski shops so not lugging equipment up the hill. Really great and would recommend

One of the best Airbnb's that I we've visited. The place was perfect and really felt like home. Kitchen was full with every appliance and utensil that you'll ever need. Everything was stylish and high-end. During the day the view was breathtaking and combined with the fire from the fireplace at night added up for an amazing experience. Many thanks to the host for the warm welcome and the hospitality. Can't wait to visit again!

Athina's place surpassed our expectations only in a good way! Having said that we were expecting a nice apartment that could host up to 6 people (3 double beds), which looked smaller from the photos but is quite big for a group of friends and really enjoyable. We were a group of 4 and we were more than comfortable in the apartment. I think even 5 could easily stay at the place - given that you don't plan to spend much time in the bathroom. The apartment is ideally located between the 2 lifts (Yastebets Gondola - 2 mins walk // Martinovi Baraki Express - 3 mins walk) so you can easily walk at any side with your ski-snowboard equipment. There is a free parking in the apartment area- but we found it full, though there is a paid parking just opposite side (10 eur per day) Atina was always responsive, friendly and guided us with all our questions. I would definitely suggest this place for a group of friends and I would love to revisit it - could not imagine something better!

That's the 3rd time my friends and I stayed at this apartment. Great place! Spacious, warm and cosy apartment with a large living room. The free spa zone in the basement was amazing, as well, offering a hot jacuzzi, sauna and a pool with warm water. The lady at the reception desk was always very kind and helpful, thank you for everything! Looking forward to coming for a 4th time soon! Thanks, Giorgos!

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

It’s a great house for a big group of friends. It’s new, spacious, clean. I loved that each room has its own bathroom. The outside space is beautiful and child-friendly- the kids loved it. The dining area is big and convenient, well equipped. The surrounding views are beautiful - the mountain on one side and a big field on the other side. There is a shop and a nice restaurant closeby. In summary: 100% recommend.

Nice, cozy and big house. It is suitable for large groups. About parking, no problem you can park 4 cars in the yard of the house. We were 12 people, distributed in 6 rooms, each with an ensuite. The dining room and hall are quite spacious. No problem at all we were getting together. Also there are 2 shared restrooms near the dining area. There was fast internet throughout the house.. Certainly the other amenities - billiards, fireplace, bbq, appliance, big yard all like in the description. I recommend and will come again for sure!

Me and my group (16 people) went to Musala and 7 lakes hike and Aleks was very helpful he gave us tips about the local restaurants, hike trails, cleaned our living room table after the barbeque...he was absolutely amazing. And also we switched traditional drinks like rakia (something like a vodka)
