Apartment vacation rentals in Borjomi

Nice apartment in mountains. Best for those who are coming for skiing since the ski lift is just there. The host is very responsive and friendly Few things to consider, for dining you will have to walk ab 15 mins because there is nothing much around that area except the rooms hotel. There was no hair dryer so consider bringing ur own or check with the host maybe theyll purchase it. Rest everything was great, amazing nature 😊thanks

Me and my partner really liked the place, it was clean and location was also nice with forest view from balcony. The host responded fast and resolved the wifi issue we had right away.

We had a good stay at this apartment and enjoyed the spa in Bakuriani Inn which is just a few metres across from the apartment. Fast wifi and good heaters, free parking available in front of the door, too! The host was very friendly, answered our last-minute request quickly and even let us check in early :) What I think could be improved is adding basic equipment in the apartment, such as toilet paper, shower gel, salt, cooking oil, as well as trashbags and a sponge to wash dishes, as it‘s not really feasible to buy all of this for people staying only for a few nights.

The falt was dry and warm and so welcoming. The Fairy tree and New Year decor added so much warmth when you are with kid. Great place to stay and sleep (silent place)

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect, right in the center of Bakuriani. Mariam was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, always available for any questions. Highly recommend, and we’d love to stay here again!

we spent 4 nice days in Borjomi, we are very satisfied. .Very attentive host is Mr. John. The apartment is cute,clean with all furniture and appliances. The space is enough for the family to relax and have fun, beautiful views of Ayavan,fresh air. Thank you very much for the lovely 4 days. 👍👍👍

It was a pleasant stay, the location is very central and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the ski area. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice home and host! Ana answered all questions very fast and was very friendly. Flat has all appliances for short stay. Location near Borjomi's center.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is very bright and spacious. The view was beautiful, the apartment was very quiet. Very convenient washing and drying machine was a big help! And the fireplace and the piano were just super nice 👌 the entrance is just through the Rooms hotel, which is very convenient. We had rented some of the skiing equipment right in the hotel's ski room! And we kept all of our snowboards and skis in the lockers there.

The apartment is very well located, overlooking the river and the mountain, on a quiet street. There are several good restaurants nearby and Borjomi Central Park is a 10-minute leisurely walk away. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics. Check-in was easy. There was no problem during our stay.

Good location, near crystal lift. Several restaurants. Park. Good view from window. Good for 2 people. For such price it’s good place to stay.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover! The outside seems a bit outdated, but inside it’s all very new, nice and clean. The location is just perfect!

Great location, spacious apartment, nice bedrooms.

I think this apartment is the best choice for people who came for a short-time and for vacation.
 It quite close to the ski (Crystal and Didveli). Nearly easy to find cafes and shops. 
Also Glovo works here what is actually good. The building has good reception and spa service.
The host is kind and nice. 

But for me personally i have so things which I’d like to highlight.
The 1st one is terrible wifi. If you want to work - it’s absolutely imposible. 
We spent here 1 month and every day we have troubles with terrible Internet. We bought mobile internet once came to Bakuriani - and it was the only way to participate in the calls, or watch some movies.
 Also view from the windows - to the construction. During the night they use spotlights and they shine through the windows. For me it’s ok - but for some people maybe not.
 Apartment doesn’t have washer and washer services is really expensive. For 2 people it was more than 100Gel. What is twice more than in 4 stars hotel in Tbilis.
 Price for breakfast in hotel restaurant is super big as well. 40Gel for person for breakfast. In any restaurant you could have dinner for 2 persons for 40Gel.
 Just a quick note that the things I didn’t like mostly related with the building not an apartment. Anyway it’s a good place for vacation:)

Not the first time we stayed in this apartment, as always everything is fine. The location is great, all the attractions and shops are close. Quiet. Clean. Cute patio. And a jug of wine from the hostess as a welcome. We will come again. Highly recommended.
