Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Borden-Carleton

We have been staying at similar AirBnB properties for over 10 years and Tracey’s place is the best place we have ever stayed in. Summerside is an excellent base to explore the many attractions that Prince Edward Island has to offer. We stayed for a week but wish we had stayed for longer. Tracey gave excellent recommendations for attractions, shopping and dining advice and was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. The property has absolutely everything you could possibly think of or need during your stay that you feel at home straight away. Whether you are visiting PEI to enjoy walking, beaches, sailing, cycling, running or bird watching then this is the property for you. PEI has all of the above and lovely shops, theatres, restaurants and of course the lighthouses! We would highly recommend a stay at Tracey’s home from home by the sea. ❤️ We

Gerada's beach house was fabulous. Great location and very peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. Nice beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. She has provided everything to make our stay enjoyable.Her house is so tastefully decorated, too. We will definitely return here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Trees. The location was within walking distance (5 minutes maximum) to the beautiful Stanhope Beach. It was the perfect stay for myself, husband, toddler, and our two small dogs. Our daughter enjoyed the on-site playground as well. The outdoor fire pit was convenient for relaxing in the evening. We appreciated the amenities offered in the cottages as well. We would definitely recommend to others and we are planning to return with our extended family. :)

This home was absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a larger group of people as there was lots of space, inside and outside. The house was very clean, beds were really comfy, and the downstairs games room was a hit! Jessica and Chris were very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely love to come back again and to anyone considering staying here, I would highly recommend it!

Had a wonderful week in this beautiful accommodation ideally located for easy access to many of the key sights in PEI including being less than 5 minutes from COWS creamery! We indulged in the lovely icecream nearly every day. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the back deck a really idyllic spot. The keylock meant we could come and go as we pleased and there was plenty of room for our 2 cars.

Kyle’s space is absolutely perfect for a trip to PEI! The location couldn’t have been any better…centrally located to just about anything you’d like to do/see on the island (less than 9 minutes to my favorite little town, Victoria by the Sea!). Lots of space to spread out in the rental (ideal for a family of 4 or two couples) and a great kitchen for times when you don’t want to eat out. The view from the deck was gorgeous and the perfect spot for your morning coffee or reading in the afternoon (not to mention the sunset views!). I wouldn’t hesitate to book this space the next time I visit the island!

Amazing stay! Nice walk to downtown and supermarket nearby. Quiet street with good streetlights - felt safe walking back at night. Rosemary's place is cozy and comfortable and she is a friendly and gracious host. Would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s. Such a beautiful quiet neighborhood so close to everything downtown yet you would never know it. We started and ended each day with a lovely walk on the boardwalk by the ocean. Just a short stroll and we were waterfront. The home had everything we needed for our stay in Charlottetown. We will be back again I’m sure.

Very lovely and quiet place! A little outside of any towns, but great if you’re looking for somewhere private and peaceful!

This place exceeds our expectations. It’s located right downtown. 5 mins walk to all the local attractions. It’s also close to the beautiful boardwalk on the coast. The host communicates really well. She greeted us and show us around. The kitchen utensils were one of the best equipped that we have seen. The place is very clean and comfortable with individual heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Can’t ask for a nicer place. The good grocery stores are located outside the neighbourhood, but they were a bus ride away. Buses were frequent enough for our needs. The farmers market is also on the same route opens on Saturday mornings.

Apartment is well located to explore downtown Charlottetown, including nearby parks and walkways by the river. The apartment itself is nice and cosy, well furnished and came in with a few complimentary snacks. The host proactively contacted us because some supplies were missing and offered to pass by the apartment to restock. All in all very positive experience.

Perfect location and property. Exactly as described. Victoria was proactive to share the check-in details. House was clean and had everything you could think about. Restaurants were walking distance. Beach is a short drive away. We would be back in a heartbeat.

Our stay was wonderful. We travelled with our 4 month, I advised the hosts of this prior to booking and they ensured we had a pack n play for sleeping along with a high chair. The loft was great and we were pleasantly surprised by the layout where you walk through the bathroom to get into the bedroom, it meant there were two doors between us and our sleeping baby (less worry we would wake him). the loft was bright and spacious, we would definitely book this spot again!

The condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect! A well equipped kitchen to prepare festive meals and a comfortable living space with a beautiful view of the harbour. Bravo!

Had a wonderful time at Maria's!! She was very quick to respond to any messages that were sent. Her location had anything that you would ever need. I highly recommend this location and the hot tub was a wonderful addition. We will definitely be back!! :)

Great location to walk to everything in downtown Charlottetown. Perfect 1 bedroom unit for two. Lots to do within a 1 hr drive in any direction. Unit was clean and well equipped. Coffee/ coffee maker wasn’t the best but the Receiver coffee shop that is nearby is fantastic.

Nice spot, very clean & well looked after. Great location on harbour. Walk to anywhere. Would stay again.
