As mentioned in the listing, you must walk a few flights of stairs to the apartment, but if this is not an issue for you, you should definitely stay at Carole's! The location is perfect, central to everything you will want to see and do in Bordeaux. The apartment is clean, quiet and very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need. Carole is very responsive and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend her apartment and hope to return myself soon!

Die tolle Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Chartrons, direkt am und mit Blick in den Jardin Public. Super angenehme Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Viele Möglichkeiten Bordeaux zu erleben und zu erkunden. Wir haben uns- trotz des tw. schlechten Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt.

My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks in Thierry's apartment. The pictures are accurate. It's a simple uncluttered space that was clean and functional. There aren't a lot of frills, but there isn't a lot of clutter either. The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown. The internet worked well. Thierry was a good communicator and willing to help with anything we needed. My only complaint would be that for a bedroom that's in the basement level, it wasn't very dark, even at night. There were street lights that illuminated the space at night and the sun came in first thing in the morning. Some shades or curtains would make a big difference. Overall it's a nice place for a stay in Bordeaux.

L'esperienza nell'alloggio di Thomas è stata molto edificante. La casa dista mezz'ora da Bordeaux in auto con possibilità di parcheggiare senza costi al grande parcheggio sotto casa. La casa è molto particolare, piena di scale e questo la rende originale e cool sotto molti punti di vista. A me e a mia moglie è piaciuta tantissimo e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio.

The location is perfect—within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and key attractions, yet in a quiet enough area to relax after a day of exploring. Michel was an excellent host—super friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. He provided clear instructions, which made check-in and navigating the apartment effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Christophe's place is a super-cool industrial loft type place with loads of art and fun stuff around. There are loads of places to eat and drink within a 10 minute walk and the neighbourhood itself is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the place clean and spacious. Christophe responded quickly to any questions I had. I hope I'll be back. Thanks Christophe!

A great weekend away at Christophe's apartment. Very friendly and communicative host. The apartment is nicely decorated and well-equipped for everything we needed. Walkable to everywhere we needed to go in Bordeaux. We would gladly return!

It is hard to know where to start , staying at Helene’s place is such a wonderful experience in so many ways . The apartment itself is stunning , spacious , bright , decorated in a charming , eclectic manner . The apartment is exceptionally well equipped for living .The location is superb ,in the heart of the Chartron one of the most charming parts of Bordeaux , like a village within the city , but only a short walk to the best the city has to offer . The apartment is a few feet off Rue Notre Dame which offers charming cafes and restaurants to say nothing of the convenience of a grocery store , patisseries , boulangeries and fruit and vegetable markets along the intimate rue . We felt we were part of the Rue Notre Dame community within days . Helene is helpful , charming and always responsive . The only problem with staying at Helene’s is you do not want to leave .

Lovely little apartment in a great location with really helpful hosts. The pictures don't do the space justice - it's characterful and charming, with plenty of room and facilities for 2. Outside, we particularly loved the pool area with a view over the vineyards, and of course the vineyard cats. Maria was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we took her up on the extras of early check-in and a tour and tasting, both of which enhanced our stay. This is the only self-catering unit we could find on a vineyard with facilities within walking distance - it was such a pleasure to be able to stroll into Saint Germain du Puch after a bottle of wine and have a supermarket, restaurants and 2x fantastic bakeries just a few minutes away. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area independently. (NB: Whilst St Emilion has the history, it's extremely commercial - we preferred Bergerac and nearby Libourne).

We really enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. Unlike other places we have stayed, this felt like a family home that is lived in and loved rather than an apartment being kept just for holiday rents. The bookshelves were full of books, magazines, cds, etc. Photos, pictures and ornaments added a beautiful personal touch giving the apartment warmth and life. If we return to Bordeaux during another Summer, I would definitely check to see if this apartment was available before looking anywhere else.

A private outdoor area features a rectangular pool set against vibrant blue walls. Relaxing furniture includes a sun lounger, a deck chair, and a round table. The space is surrounded by artificial grass, making it a comfortable area for leisure.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la très jolie maison de Sophie. Sophie nous a accueilli chaleureusement. La piscine est un vrai plus avec les enfants ! Le logement est bien situé sur les bords de la Garonne à proximité du tramway et du Bat3 qui déposent en centre-ville.

C’était génial, le loft est vraiment beau Nous étions 3. Mon mari et moi et ma meilleure amie (nous vivons aux États-Unis) Moi je suis de Bordeaux donc je connaissais le quartier c’est proche du tram et de la gare. C’est très très calme très beau aussi, Sophie a répondu à mes questions très vite quand j’en avais. Elle est gentille elle nous a même offert une bouteille de vin dès notre arrivée. C’est l’endroit parfait si vous voulez visiter Bordeaux.

Le logement de David à Bordeaux est espacieux, lumineux et bien distribué. Il est aussi très bien placé en face d'un arrêt du tram (pas de bruit dérangeant) et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. David a été très accueillant avant notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour, répondant gentiment à nos questions. je recommande !
