Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Independent 40m2 studio. Located in the garden, adjoining the main house. Close to the city center, 5 minutes from tram A (direct center) and bus 9 (direct from St Jean station). Local shops (bakeries, restaurants), 2 minutes from a McDonald's. Bright and very quiet because it doesn't overlook the street but a beautiful flowered garden! There is no kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge and a microwave. Toilet linen and bed sheets are provided.
