Family-friendly vacation rentals in Boracay

I had a wonderful experience at Nic Caleo during my recent visit to Boracay. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I loved the comfortable bed, and the bathroom had all the amenities I could need, including a great shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated the little extras like the complimentary water bottles and clean towels and the quick check-in/check-out process. The location is great —right in the heart of Boracay, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. What made this stay even better was the peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax after a busy day of exploring. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town! Very great as a place to stay for a family of 10 or more to enjoy a relaxing, quiet and private getaway. This place is safe and has a great view without being disturbed by anyone. It was enough for our 11 adults and 2 children to send. It was good enough for family conversations and relaxation in the spacious living room. Peter and Jovi were very kind and quick to sort things out. Guests who expect the facilities and services of a 5-star hotel would recommend the use of other hotels. However, it will be a great option for guests who want a large family vacation. Access to the house is a bit of a hassle, but not too inconvenient. Rather, we like it better. From the entrance of the accommodation, the surrounding area is always guarded by security guards, so it is very safe, but the location of the accommodation is not disturbed at all, and the location of the accommodation was very nice. It is a place where you can enjoy a beer with a direct view of the sea of Boracay from the cliff. If you need access to downtown Boracay and the beach, we recommend considering other accommodations. However, it seems to be a good option if you consider a home-like accommodation with a large family like us. Of course, it won't be as comfortable as my home.

Caleo is a nice place to stay if you are in a budget and its accessible to the beach

Mr.Nic was so accommodating with my last minute requests/changes, he is very helpful as well and easy to talk to. So far our stay at station 1 was very convenient and we felt like home.

I had a wonderful stay! The room is exactly according to the pictures, spacious for one person. Communication was great through the the time of booking to leaving. I booked the roundtrip pick-up service from the airport which is very well organized. On site I was able to get in touch with the Manager Carl who helped me out with any inquiries. Everyone was really friendly. The building is a bit hidden but still very close to the beach, all the restaurants etc. Depending on who else is in the building at the same time, it can get loud during times. But other than that it was wonderful!

A lovely place in the centre of Boracay. Behind the gate was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Close to the main beach front and all shops. Awesome staff!!! Highly recommend.

Our family group of 3 stayed at Red's place for a week over the Xmas period. Red is quite clear that his place is not a ritzy hotel style property. To us, that was part of its charm. The property is situated on Angol road, just a few minutes walk from station 3 of White Beach. While this is a quieter part of the beach there are still plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area. A short walk in the other direction we found lots of business places that were helpful on our stay. (laundry, hairdresser etc) The property has 6 (I think) self contained units. Ours was on the second floor, was comfortable, functional, had everything we needed and had a nice little balcony. Angol road is more a local than a tourist area. It was nice staying in and seeing that part of Boracay. Red is a great host. Very responsive and helpful and provided lots of helpful info before and after we arrived. Mercy and Allen, the on site staff, were also very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very estetik, IG Worthy room. Its more prettier in person. Cons(depends on how used you are to the ghetto) : The location is like a maze. Almost like from the philipine ghetto, where there are drinking people in the streets 24/7. No generator .

had a wonderful 3 weeks here , about a ten minute e trike ride from D mall . very quiet and peaceful location . beach is only a 7 minute walk away . Great host ,always there to help if called upon , maybe see you next year 8-)

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

Great location close to station 3, walkable to the beach clubs and not too close to loud club music for a quiet sleep. Friendly staff.

Janice was very helpful and check in was simple, the staff are so friendly even popping to the shops to get something’s for us ! It’s quiet and peaceful yet 1 minute from White Beach, felt like being at home and very very welcome

Although I did not enjoy it as much as I did because of the typhoon, the house was very satisfied. Especially, the swimming pool was large enough and deep enough for children and adults to play. But there are ants and worms it personally has not been great inconvenience as by regional characteristics. And it was a very satisfying trip because the kind landlady cared about many things.  

Rose is an amazing host, the communication was very easy, the place neat and as shown on pictures. Great value for money! The swimming pool very useful and nice! The host arranged a pick up to and from the port/ airport so it was extremely comfortable and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend Rose and her place. Thank you for having us!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The location is serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host (Sir Dondon) was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and local attractions but honestly, we could have spent our entire trip just lounging in the cozy living room. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. We can't wait to come back. ☺️

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

We had an amazing week at this place, it had a great location with everything you need in close walking distance. Teresa our housekeeper was always on top of all of our needs within minutes, we didn’t get a chance to thank her- so thank you Teresa! The pool was great for a private relaxing space, and the overall atmosphere was 10/10. I would definitely stay here again!😁

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!
