Charming 3 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

From start to finish she was very helpful and respectful. The drive out is beautiful and didn't take long to get there, once there it was like an escape from reality even when pulling up. Her husband met my family and showed us around, where we were pitching our tent, where the bathroom and shower was and where we could and couldn't go, also told us about the trials to the lake. We had our boys with us and they loved all the animals and they space they could just be kids in. The whole place is beautiful and peaceful. If you need a getaway I 110% recommend this! They also do weddings and other venues. Thanks again and God Bless!
