Friendly hosts. Clean. Quiet location. Small fenced area for dogs. Private carport for car. Not near train but saw buses passing. Would recommend.

Yes, this place is as fantastic as it looks, and yes, it is literally right on the water. It's immaculately designed and constructed, and the attention to detail is impressive. We stayed in the middle of a mini heatwave, so the huge 12.5m pool was a godsend. It's a short walk to multiple restaurants and cafes, and Angela and her two dogs, Rufus and Rusty, were very welcoming and great company on the occasions we saw them. Angela is incredible kind, generous and knowledgeable... We've already recommended her place to friends and family.

Yin’s place was great for our large group and our kids. The pool was great. Having individual air conditioning was amazing for setting each room to suit the babies. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large enough for portable cots.

Bundeena Art Base is excellent value for money. Hilde is an excellent host who responds promptly to any issues and communicates well. The house contains everything needed plus more- Hilde has literally thought of everything including a thoughtful bottle of milk and a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival! The pool is fantastic and very well maintained. Hilde sent a cleaner in half way through our stay too. Bundeena is a lovely little town with a handful of stores and restaurants (with variable opening hours); a bit isolated but we had hired a car and the ferry to Cronulla is only 20 minutes so not an issue. The only very minor issue we had was with the oven-maybe some instructions on how to work it or an upgrade would be beneficial. But this was a very trivial matter in an otherwise sensational holiday. Would highly recommend a stay here without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. I'd highly recommend this for travelling families or tour groups seeking a comfortable, spacious and very homely accommodation. Pool was a hit with my team of youth rugby players !

Peter's home is lovely to stay in. Very peaceful and fabulous views. Peter was a great host, responding within minutes when I had a question just after check in. Beds are all very comfortable and every thing we needed was accessible. Thank you Peter we would love to stay again some time.

The unit was beautiful and tastefully done up. lots of room for everyone and had indoor and outdoor seating. the beds were comfortable. everything was clean and easily accessible. parking was horrible. but that's more an issue with the city and street rather then the unit itself. Just be prepared to drop off your things and park else where.

Great house, lots to do for the kids. Conveniently set up with technology needs. Close to the airport and the city.

We had a lovely stay! We stayed with our two dogs, whilst moving house.The place was super clean, quiet and coffee on the balcony was lovely in the morning. Chantal was great to deal with and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Tracey was an incredibly kind and helpful host! She was very attentive, checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Everything was pristine in the flat—we had exactly what we needed for our entire stay in Sydney. Easily accessible to the city and beaches via public transit. Seriously the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in. HIGHLY recommend choosing this for your next stay in Sydney!

I’d highly recommend Lloyd’s place if you’re looking for accommodation in this area. We were visiting for our son’s indoor climbing competition at Elevate which is literally 5 mins away by car. The house was much more spacious than we expected and a real sanctuary despite being on a busy road. It was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were great. No probably at all cooking for ourselves. Everything we needed was available. Nice people and great communication.

Great short term stay.

Kim’s place is so spacious and large with all the amenities and bits and pieces available, such as shampoo and cleaning supplies. Kim was very responsive and accommodating to our needs - letting us check out late. Kim is a very kind host and the place is great for a few days stay! It’s private to access and is in a good location close to cafes and parks. Definitely recommend!

Paul’s house was great. The location was perfect for us and was easy to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and recommend it for anyone who wants a peaceful stay in the middle of Sydney. Paul is a very helpful host, thank you for everything.

I was in a tricky situation being told my flight from Sydney was cancelled this is after boarding. I immediately booked Andrew's Airbnb for later that very evening. I didn't want to take any risks as I had a party of 5. Then the airline announced they would compensate our stay. this was just after I booked. I called Andrew to explain and he was very kind and understanding of the situation. He could have easily taken all of my money as it met airbnbs policy. However he put a special request through. An airbnb host that cares about his guests is someone who you should support and someone who you can trusts!!

Gillian and John were so warm and welcoming, and were there to greet me when I arrived, after a long flight. I really appreciated the welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits, and they had provided comprehensive guides to local amenities and places of interest further afield, as well as instruction manuals for the appliances. Excellent quality townhouse, A1 location, 2 minutes walk to beach and main street, very quiet street which was a surprise, house had everything you could ask for even Tim Tams! Amelia was easy to deal with, would 110% stay here again, and I haven't even started on how great Bondi is, don't look anywhere else just book this place

Our 3rd stay for 5 weeks was another unqualified success. It’s a quiet and peaceful area within 20 minutes walk of Warringah Golf course and 20 minutes to to North Manly. Clive and Terese are extremely friendly and approachable.The beds are comfortable and the compact kitchen has everything we needed including dishwasher and clothes dryer.We plan to return next year.

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️
